Coming off a complete redesign just last year, the 2010 Mazda 6 sees little in the way of change. A new optional audio and Bluetooth display debuts, as does a new Touring Plus trim level. Features have also been shuffled among trim levels to lower the vehicle's base price.
- Roomy cabin, big trunk, muscular performance from V6, smooth automatic transmissions, relatively sporty handling.
- Mediocre fuel economy, some cheap interior materials.

By Ian - February 4 - 4:40 pmFurther to my post of Aug 23, Ive now covered 1500 miles and had a longer time to evaluate this really good car. I congratulate your reviewers, as their previous comments were spot on. I got over $4250 off the price by the way. Im getting 21.5 mpg around town and 25 on a run with clearish roads. The braking and steering is brilliant. If I have to avoid an accident, I cant think of anything Id sooner be in then a Mazda 6. Its built in the USA too! Back seat splits and folds (Honda please copy) Runs on regular fuel (Nissan V6s please copy) Stability control standard (Nissan please copy). 215 55x17 tires are so much more sensible than the previous 45x18s (with our appalling roads)

By Phil - January 24 - 2:26 amIm sold on Mazda. Bought S Grand Touring after owning a Progete5 for 8 years. It truely is the poor mans Lexus getting many extras for far less than a comparable equipped Lexus or Infinity. So far Im very happy; going on three months of ownership. I believe I got every option available so the as I added options it got a little pricey but I think worth it.

By kayejames - January 5 - 10:16 pmI have been very dissatisfied so far with the 2010 Mazda 6. I have the Manual sport edition. My major complaint is the throttle lag. My 1998 Corolla with 160K miles had better acceleration. Other complaints, the car shudders when reversing, the hand brake doesnt work well, the temperature control is not great and the car bottoms out very easily, I have to go extremely slowly over speed bumps. I highly recommend taking for an extended test drive before purchasing

Great car, if you like large - 2010 Mazda Mazda6
By joellein - January 3 - 3:07 pmI ended up turning in my leased 07 Mazda6 I sport value. That was a very nice car that I could have driven for another 3-5 years. But, with the zero interest loans on purchase of the new 2010 Mazda6 I decided to get one. This model has a few more features (auxillary audio input and rear spoiler) than the 07 model and is a bit quieter (less road and engine noise) and a bit more powerful engine for same gas mileage.
