The Sorento is an all-new SUV from Kia. Larger and more powerful than the pint-size Sportage (which is expected to return for 2004 after a 2003 hiatus, by the way), the Sorento straddles the emerging middle ground between small SUVs and midsize SUVs. And it does so while offering interested buyers true off-road ability. Key competitors are the Ford Escape, the Honda CR-V, the Jeep Liberty, the Nissan Xterra and the Toyota Highlander.

  i have owned several new cars over the years, this is the first one that i have had for six months that hasnt had something fail, break, or fall off, this includes cars and suvs made in the usa, japan, and germany. i am as satisified now as the day i purchased my new sorento!

  After purchasing and driving this vechicle I am throughly impressed. The ride and attributes of this vechicle are amazing considering the price. Attention to detail from exterior design to interior detail are first rate. That together with the worry free warranty give the added satifaction of a value based purchase that not only performs well but looks good doing it.

  Like everyone in the US when a friend suggested I look at the Kia Sorento I said what?? Kia?? they only make cheap cars dont they?? cheap is right the Sorento is $10,000 cheaper than its nearest rival. Sorentos are only available in Australia with every option except leather & sunroof which I opted for. Love the looks, ride, warranty & value for money.

  I never thought I would ever buy a kia in my life until I test drove one. I was shocked on how well it performed on the road. Not to mention how sharpe it looks on the outside. Everywhere I go someone compliments me on how good it looks and if I like it or not, and I tell them I love it.

  Bought a EX with Luxe package. Considered buying Kia Sorento, Hyundai Sante Fe, Saturn Vue or Toyota Highlander. Found the Sorento to offer best value for the money and great looks. I have driven 11,000 miles in it so far, hauling camping gear and bikes, and every one has been nothing but Total Satisfaction.

  I love this truck, for the money I spent, I am so glad that i didnt pick one of the other trucks i was concidering.Not that the others were bad and belive me i drove almost everyone of them. but to tell you the truth none of them would even come close to the performance and styling that i have found in my new SORENTO
