A GREAT car! - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By Sara - June 9 - 9:36 pmAwesome car! Beautiful interior, many friends say the exterior "looks like a Jag". The ride is incredibly smooth to the point that it feels like you are on air. A great buy. This car is such a treat to drive and own.

2005 XG350L - a loaded Buick for less - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By Vistar - May 27 - 11:36 amWith a high curb weight and 200HP 6 cyc engine, this car has the mass needed for stability with plenty of go power. The XG350 suspension smooths out the bumps without totally sacrificing handling ability. Compared to my prior Volvo S70, the XG350 is much softer in turns, but much smoother and quieter at highway speed. The L trim is loaded to the max. With rebates and negotiating, you can buy this car outright for about $24K. There is nothing else to compare the XG350Ls price/feature value. If you dont care about resale (Hyundai remains unproven) and intend to drive the wheels off it, this is the perfect vehicle with the optional 10yr/100K bumper to bumper factory warranty (about $870).

2nd Hyundai in 1 year - 1st XG350 - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By captingary - April 6 - 9:40 amHave an 04 Sonata and like it so much that with end of year pricing, rebates and owner loyalty bonus it was a steal at under $17,000 for a sharp 05 XG350. Interior is super, features are as good as the warrenty. Everyone who rides in it loves it. Even though it drinks gas the price makes up for this discontinued car. That seems to be the only drawback. But gas will come down in price?

Luxury on the Cheap - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By Chet The Jet - January 8 - 2:20 pmIf you closed your eyes and someone put you inside the vehicle you would think you were in a luxury vehicle. The interior fit and finish is excellent and Hyundai has hit a home run with this vehicle. Performance is more than adequate and the extras including the heated seats and high performance sound system are not items you find in a 25,000 dollar vehicle. Its plain jane appearance on the outside will not win you over but the performance and appearance on the inside is where I spend my time.

By lulub - December 11 - 8:56 pmLots of long distance driving, very comfortable. This car replaces a Mercedes 300E. Handles well in inclement weather, solid and stable. Feel very secure.

Hyundai Review - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By Richard McInnis - November 21 - 7:20 pmThis car has a nice smooth ride. It is a pleasure to ride and to me exceeds the comfort ratings of simularly priced mid-sized vehicles. I have had no mechanical problems or problems of any kind with this car. I get 27 mpg hwy @ 75mph. The one thing I would change would be the elimination of the cigarette lighters & ashtrays and substitute with radio controls on the steering wheel.

Owners comments - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By KenLima - October 31 - 8:33 amIn general I am very pleased with this car. I love the interior design and overall quality. The exterior is pleasing although a bit stodgy. The engine is adequate, however with 3.5 liters it is way underpowered in both hp and torque compared to what most other manufactures are offering. (Look at Acura with a 3.2 liter engine putting out 270hp.)The car is very pleasing to drive. It is smooth and quiet. One other question is why put in a transmission that can be manually shifted, but shifts automatically when pushed? My only real complaint is that in "city" driving which is where I do 90% of my driving my gas mileage is under 13mpg, which to my way of thinking is where large SUVs should be!

Love My XG350L - 2005 Hyundai XG350
By sue - April 22 - 10:43 pmThis is my first-ever new car, so perhaps Im comparing apples to oranges, but I Love This Car! After test driving many makes & models & thinking I wanted a used Lexus, by chance I came across the XG350L & immediately knew it was the car for me. It looks rich, has a wonderful ride & a spacious, well-appointed interior. A friend who recently bought an Avalon, said she didnt like those light weight cars when told I had purchased a Hyundai. As it turns out, my car weighs 150 pounds more than hers. The car is great, the warranties give peace of mind & the dealership was terrific. While Ive owned this vehicle only 3 months, I expect to keep it a long time.
