My Pilot - 2003 Honda Pilot
By jeffjar - January 27 - 10:00 amI purchased my Pilot after a friend bought one, I researched a SUV for several months, looking at several vehicles and manufacturers, I settled with the Pilot because of the driver friendly cockpit and the design of the interior, the third row seat is a great place for the kids, the reliability of the name Honda is a added security feature I like, I never was one to purchase a forign make vehicle but the Pilot has changed my way of thinking and I am very happy with my decision.

Plain Vanilla - 2003 Honda Pilot
By ignelson - December 3 - 2:00 amThe Honda Pilot, as delivered, suffers from such bland styling that one of the men at my regular tire dealer doesnt ever remember seeing one! It is a very competent vehicle, and the third row seating is what made it the vehicle of choice for the principal driver, my wife. We have 4 young grandchildren. We added the factory chrome trim on the bumpers, 18" chrome wheels, and the custom Honda front grill/bumber module. It looks much better, and we get a lot of looks, especially from other Pilot drivers. We think they believe it is a "Special Limited Edition" model, or an unavailable "test model".

Excellent SUV Overall - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Jbnibs - September 21 - 10:00 amI have driven Jeep Cherokee/Grand Cherokees for the last 12 years and was very pleased with them. This year, when it was time for a new car most of my research kept pointing to the Honda Pilot. I have not been disappointed with my choice. The interior design, style and spaciousness are all top quality. I have driven only 3500 miles, so I cant comment on reliability but Honda has a long history of reliability so I have no concerns there. I would recomend this SUV to anyone looking for a midsize SUV.

proud to own one - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Natwalt - September 21 - 10:00 amI live my life on the road with 4 active children. The versatility and power, combined with the seating capacity is the best value for your money. On long trips with my family it feels as comfortable as being in our living room. I previously owned the Honda Odessey and traded that van in for the versatility of the all wheel drive. Although the van offered more spacious comfort while seating 7, the Pilot, which can seat up to eight, can take me more places using the same gas milage. Being able to put the back seating down and use as cargo is like having a truck. Very durable with luxurious comfort. Its a big hit with my family.

Satisfied owner - 2003 Honda Pilot
By Bluegrass owner - July 21 - 10:00 amFell in love after and bought the car after first test drive. Was close to getting the Highlander. Thought this is a better deal given third row seating, sturdier look and feel, better sound system, manly interior design.

Never a problem - 2003 Honda Pilot
By kate - July 16 - 4:52 pmI bought this car coming from owning a Toyota Sienna Van. I had owned Toyotas for years and years and was nervous to switch, but the third row seat sold me. I have never had a problem with this car in 5 years. I have replaced the tires and the battery, and probably need brakes, but nothing has ever broken down on it. It is roomy, even in the third row. I have had 8 adults in this car several times and everyone survived. The interior was well thought out. Id own another Honda. (I only wish it had rear camera or sensors. - My Honda has a dent in the back hatch.)
