REturning to Chevy - 2003 Chevrolet Impala
By Scott L - May 17 - 10:00 amAfter having two Cadillac Cateras I returned to a Chevy Impala. The Impala offers almost as many features as the Catera fro significantly less money. Although the Cateras were verfy nice, the Impala offers more value for the dollar. The handling is better & it uses regular gasoline. I would have purchased a CTS but the Cadillac Dealers were not dealing in my area. Very happy with the Impala so far.

This car is awesome - 2003 Chevrolet Impala
By Tina - May 17 - 10:00 amThe Impala has to be one one the coolest cars ever. It handles smoother than I had ever thought possible and it performs to standard and beyond everytime I get behind the wheel. Not only is it fun to drive, but has sooooo many features, not to mention its stylish, classy look.

2003 Impala LS 3.8 liter Review - 2003 Chevrolet Impala
By Douglas M. De Barry - May 17 - 10:00 amWhat a great ride. Roll up the windows and the quiet surrounds you. Or better yet, turn up the GREAT sound system and tweak it to your liking. Ive averaged 24.8 MPG so far, and a lot of that is stop and go Saint Paul- Minneapolis driving with the A/C on. The leather package is worth the extra cost. Firm yet cushy too. The power drivers seat lets you stretch out if your a "big" person like me (6-1, 235). Lots of leg room, and comfort for those in the back seat too.

A very happy owner. - 2003 Chevrolet Impala
By Douglas M. De Barry - May 1 - 5:48 amThis is one happy owner. My Impala has 46,000 miles on her at this time, and she has been more dependable than any other vehicle ever owned by me. Average MPG stands at 25.6, which includes Minneapolis/Saint Paul rush hour traffic, and driving in snowy and icy conditions. This car has needed nothing but routine maintenance until the transmission lines needed replacing at 45,000 miles. The car has tons of pep when needed (or just for fun). The 200 hp rating for the motor seems under rated. The leather seat option was the correct way to go, and the seats are now as plush and comfortable as any sofa. Comfortable, fun to drive, nice MPG.

Best Car I ever owned - 2003 Chevrolet Impala
By Cheryl - April 17 - 10:32 amIts a fun car to drive. The car maneuvers through heavy traffic very well. The safety of the drive is very reassuring. I once saw an accident that involved an Impala and the cement block truck. The car was hit broad side The driver was standing outside of the car and he was not hurt. The gas mileage is fantastic on the road 30 +. It has been a wonderful ride for 5 years. The only repair I have had to do is replace the brakes.

excellent car so far - 2003 Chevrolet Impala
By step c - April 14 - 2:00 amwe went into the dealer intending to buy a malibu, however when test driving both vehicles and comparing features, impala came out on top. Malibu LS is about same $ as base Impala, however, we chose extra options on the Impala. this week was snowy and icy and Impala handles great (no trac control or ABS). All controls ie defrosting/heating etc worked flawlessly. Extremely smooth and responsive car.
