The commemorative package includes Anniversary red exterior paint, a unique shale interior color, champagne-colored wheels and "50th Anniversary" exterior badging with matching embroidery on the headrests and floor mats. Also included in the Anniversary package (or as a stand-alone option on coupes and convertibles) is an all-new Magnetic Ride Control system that provides instantaneous shock adjustment for optimum ride quality and handling. All models also get additional standard equipment that includes sport seats, a power passenger seat, foglamps, dual-zone auto climate control and a parcel net and luggage shade on coupe models.

  • "THE CAR" - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette
    By -

THERE HAS BEEN NONE OTHER CAR TO MATCH "THE CORVET." The covet is a class of its own rite and makes many copy-cats, but they fall short. The only other car that I would compare the "VET" was my porche 944/928. However, the "Prowler is really an eye stopper, makes my heart skip a beat. The "VET" has the speed, stability, STYLE and many wanting eyes craving it. When you drive up in a Corvet people take notice and have to say something to you or give you the thums up.

  • Best Buy! - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette

At present I have about 7,000 miles on a coupe bought new in Sept. 02. Avg. over 24 miles to gal. mostly freeway driving. power to spare and no problems so far. One complaint the stereo is marginal at best. Interior could be better, but fit and finish, particularly the paint is excellent, far better than past Vettes.

This is my first Corvette, so I had high expectations for it. The experience has exceeded the expectations. Its a beautiful, sexy and comfortable car, and Im glad I did it.

  • Disgusted with GM, Warranty is worthless - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette
    By -

I am totally disgusted with this car and wont purchase another GM product. Corvette was alway my dream car, my dreams were shattered when I bought my brand new 50th anniversary convertible. Many problems, including a leaky roof, 3 different dealers tell me nothing is wrong. After 5 attempts they finally replaced the rubber, guess what, it still leaks. This is just one of many problems with this car. If only the warranty were worth something. I might enjoy it if they would fix it.

  • 03 C5 corvette - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette

The car is well built and fun to drive. Very comfortable on long road trips and mileage is surprisingly good. GM could have built in more performance but that is easily fixed with after market bolt on changes. Run flat tires provide piece of mind because there is no spare tire but they are noisy. Will buy future models agains. Very nice car.

  • Pure Adrenaline - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette

The Z06 is a GREAT performance vehicle. It has great power, handling is amazing and the ride is very steady. If Chevy put this much effort into every vehicle they make, maybe they could take some of Toyota and Hondas market share. The only complaint with the drive is the brakes squeal incessantly due to excessive brake dust. The interior of the vehicle is cheaply done, although the HUD is a great touch and helps to keep your eyes on the road. One cup holder doesnt make the ladies happy and the road noise is so loud that it is impossible to do anything but drive the car. The temperature control is tempermental and I am not sure that the passenger side knob is even connected!

  • Are you kidding me??? - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette
    By -

Are you kidding me? I cannot believe what a superb car the Corvette has become. My yellow, six speed, convertible does everything well. It is unbelieveably powerful, stable, comfortable, forgiving and just plan the most fun Ive ever had driving a car. This is my third Corvette. I loved my 64 and my 85, but this C5 is over the top for the sheer joy of driving. Oh Nellie... What must the ZO6 be like?

  • Nice Ride - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette
    By -

Americas true sports car. This car is a dream to drive, and makes one look for any excuse to get out of the house just to cruise. One plus about owning my spiral gray vette is how people youve never met take the time to stop and say "nice ride", and the turning of heads as you cruise down the road truly a rush and morale builder. I normally trade cars every 1-2 years, but finally Ive found a car worth keeping.

  • 50th Anniversary Corvette - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette

Impeccable performance and sterling appearance. The anniversary red paint projects a dazzling sparkle when in the sunlight and nicely augmented by the champaigne coloured wheels.

  • Great Drive - 2003 Chevrolet Corvette
    By -

This car is incrediable. It handles wonderfully. Its fun. Best of all, its economical and holds resale value. Every time I fire it up and go for a drive, it makes me happy. The shear power and hum of the engine is amazing. Definitely, the best vechicle purchase Ive ever made.
