Most notable for 2003 is the 50th Anniversary package available on coupe and convertible models. The commemorative package includes Anniversary red exterior paint, a unique shale interior color, champagne-colored wheels and "50th Anniversary" exterior badging with matching embroidery on the headrests and floor mats. Also included in the Anniversary package (or as a stand-alone option on coupes and convertibles) is an all-new Magnetic Ride Control system that provides instantaneous shock adjustment for optimum ride quality and handling. All models also get additional standard equipment that includes sport seats, a power passenger seat, foglamps, dual-zone auto climate control and a parcel net and luggage shade on coupe models.

  The car is beyond anything I ever drove in that price range. The mpg is pretty damm good remember there are 405 ponies what do you think they drink air? Please stop complaining about mpg that’s like saying I want the light very bright in the room but I dont want a high electric bill. P.S. Pay for the gas or go drive a Yugo.

  GREAT CAR. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED WAS WITH THE DRIVERS DOOR HANDLE. WHENEVER I WAS TO RAISE THE HANDLE, IT WOULD RUB AGAINST THE HANDLE HOUSING, CAUSING THE PAINT TO RUB OFF. THE HANDLE WAS REPLACED AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS. I LOVE THIS CAR.

  This was the first Corvette which I had ever driven (and purchased). The fit and finish are outstanding. The ride and seating are both very comfortable..especially compared to being a passenger in 1970-80s models! I am 62", 230 lbs, and I am very comfortable for several hours of driving.

  This is my 4th Vette (77, 84, 01, 03). For a car that supposedly has a long heritage of poor quality and unreliability, this car has been virtually flawless, as was my 01. Great gas mileage for a car so fast that itll scare you out of your boxers. Dont buy the Z06 unless youre a fanatic for speed and handling the coupe or vert ride a tad bit more comfortable, though the Z06 is by no means punishing.

  I had read a lot about poor fit and finish on Corvettes. My 50th Anniv.is flawless the paint is so perfect that I cant imagine how it could be done. The heads up and mag. sel. are fantastic.Mileage is shocking at 20 mpg since I am driving fast.
