I absolutely love my half Korean half Italian Aveo!! It drives and handles with such confidence. No cases of leg cramps or claustrophobia in this baby. You get so many extras with this car for the price, you cant beat it!!! Youll just have to check it out!

We just purchased this car when my grandma couldnt drive it anymore. It has 12,000 miles on it, and is in like new condition. Having driven only SUVs for a while, I am blown away at how well this little car handles and how much cab space there is for people. Our 2 teens and a 7 year old fit comfortably in back (as comfortable as our last SUV). Our first trip was 750 miles with 4 people (weighing 600 lbs. total) and packed to the hilt with our stuff. We got 34 mpg on the highway. Acceleration is good on the interstate, even on hills. I just took a 16 hour trip in a Toyota Matrix that didnt do so well and didnt handle as good. Im only getting 22-26 mpg in the city, but I drive fast.

Im happy with my little Aveo. Well built, comfortable, and effecient. Sedan is convenient. Trunk is roomy with rear seat access. Rides like a bigger car, firm but not harsh. Sufficient power fro long inclines at highway speed.

  • AVEO--fun!-comfortable! - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

Great little car! Ive had a small Hyundai, which was great! and a small Ford, which was great, but tee-eeny! But the AVEO outshines them both, in spades. Definitely get the sedan, if you are interested in trunk storage, as the whole car is 14 inches longer then the hatchback. Has a lot of features that you wouldnt expect on a little car -- like power windows/doors, and a sunroof option.

I do not understand how people get such low gas mileage. Mine keeps on going up. It started as 34 MPG on my first tank for city/country driving. It is now 36 to 37 city/country and 41 highway. I have over 6000 miles on mine now and have been thrilled with this car. My friend purchased and Echo and she gets lower gas mileage and has had her car in the shop 3 times in 4 months. I would recommend an Aveo to any one. I am near 50 and think this is the a car I will own for many years.

I saw them in Europe and bought one of the first U.S. ones. I rent and drive many cars and always am happy to get back into my Aveo. Drove 800 miles and it was a pleasure. Like any car they must be maintained. Aveo is very easy to service!

Ive had the Aveo for about a month now. I have owned 2 Ford Festivas and 1 Ford Aspire in my lifetime. The Aveo is by far the best car I have seen in this market. The overall design is great and the engine pickup is excellent(the Toyota Echo that I test drove was a dog). Steering and braking are very responsive. Call me crazy, but I traded in my PT Cruiser for this vehicle and I dont regret the decision one bit...I still have a sharp looking car, better gas milage and a lower car payment.
