Before purchasing my Aveo I must have read hundreds of reviews. So far anything negative I have read has not applied and I have 2000 miles on vehicle already. Acceleration is not a problem in the least bit. Also, it handles nicely on the highway at high speeds. Being able to adjust the seat height is also a plus. I could go on forever about how much I love this car. I think its a great first car or a new car for someone who usually purchases used.

  • I LOVE MY AVEO - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW AVEO IN 4/04. I LOVE IT, I TRAVEL ABOUT 70 MILES A DAY BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AND ITS GREAT ON GAS. ABOUT 43-45 MILES PER GALLON. I HAVE 6,245 MILES ON IT. I GOT A GREAT DEAL ALSO, MY OTHER CAR WAS AN 88 FESTIVA,SO I GOT NO TRADE IN ALL SAID AND DONE WITH 2000 DOWN I WALKED INTO ONE (WITH THE 5 YEAR 100,000 MILE BUMPER TO BUMPER EXTENDED WARRANTY) FOR 9,124 DOLLARS. I THOUGHT IT WAS A STEAL, I AM NOW SEEING THEM FOR 9,000 WITH A 3,500 TRADE IN AND 3,000 DOWN. I BELEIVE THEY WERE A GOOD SELLER SO THE PRICE WENT UP. GREAT JOB CHEVY YOU HAVE A WINNER AND A LONG TIME NEW CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

  • Perfect car for a grad student - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
    By -

I spent this summer visiting family all across the US, from Seattle to Chicago to Denver, so I needed a reliable car, but Im a grad student with very little money. Thats why I got a Chevy Aveo LS. I was often up around 40 mpg on the freeway, so travel costs were pretty low. This car has adequate power (even for crossing the continental divide), great responsiveness, and plenty of features to make the ride comfortable and enjoyable (especially the mp3 player). The interior is very roomy, though you wouldnt know it from looking. I put 5000 miles on it in 2 weeks and still wasnt sick of driving it.

    Great car, great gas mileage

  • A surprise car! - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

I was originally looking for a bigger car but after the test drive in the Aveo, I was hooked! This car is so much fun to drive and I was soo surprised by how the small engine provides good performance. I was also surprised by the amount of interior space, I thought it would be small by looking at the car from the outside.

Ive only had my car for a month now, but its great! Gas mileage is excellent, the ride is quiet, and the car is safe and confortable. Its even big enough to fit my snowboard in the back! Great price too!

  • What A Pleasant Suprise! - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

Been driving Ranger trucks for 20 years and wife owns a Saturn. Neither of us could believe the interior roominess of the Aveo. For me, the very best part is getting in and out of the car. I have to step UP out of most small cars, and DOWN out of a truck. With the Aveo I just step OUT! This is great when you have bad knees. Even with the automatic this car is peppy. The ride is quiet and smooth. Tilt wheel is great. The wife is jealous.

Great car! Ive had my Aveo for a little over a month, and it replaced a 12 year old Lumina I had. Its great, in city and on the highway. Good mileage. Only problem I have is my keyless remote entry broke (ironically on the day I mailed my first payment), so have to go to dealership. Bought it because moving and 60/40 split seats will be great!
