Excellent Reasonably Priced Car! - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By flashback4 - April 16 - 10:00 amGreat little car, I needed a new commuter car that got good gas milage and at under $10,000 I couldnt find a better car. The overall fit and finish is exceptionally good, especially for a cheaply priced car. I drive 60 miles round trip a day and have been averaging 34 to 35 miles to the gallon. Considering the price of some of the new hybrids, it would take years to make up the difference in gas savings. I think Chevy did a great job in designing and building the Aveo, I would recommend it to anyone looking for good car, reasonably priced, that gets decent gas mileage.

Very Thrilled - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By Dotagnon - March 29 - 8:04 pmI have never driven a car that has been so fun to drive as the Aveo. I studied up on it to look for the problem areas before buying. I found them to not be a problem. The engine is a little loud (what the testers said) for a new car, but is still competitive with all others. Either way, my sound system covers all of that up. Ive also never driven something so manueverable as this. It looks tiny from the outside, but inside it fits four large people comfortably. Its incredible and an awesome buy.

A fanastic car! - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By JASON - March 28 - 12:26 pmMy wife and I drive about 110 to 120 miles a day (during the week) so we purchased this vehicle hoping to get a fuel efficient mile buster. In all honesty we thought that it would be a throw-away car that we would not care much about. We were wrong. This little rocket has been fastastic. Very reliable, great fuel economy, incredibly roomy, and a joy to drive. The majority of our miles are highway miles and it rides as smooth as any car I have ever driven. You would be very very surprised, I was!

It is a fun and snappy car - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By randydriver - March 25 - 9:50 amI have had my car for over a year now and it has been a joy to drive. It has lots of room and it handles very good. Since I have got it broken in the mileage has vastly improved and I am quite happy. My in town mileage started of at about 27mpg and after the break in period it is now 29-31. Highway mileage went from about 35 to 37-40 mpg.

The best car Ive ever experianced - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By Hubert - January 16 - 2:23 pmThe 2004 Chevy Aveo LS 4 door sedan, is by far the best car Ive ever driven and/or owned. I have been abundantly surprised at how reliable, comfortable and durable this car has been. It is small enough to get into tight spots and large enough to carry all things necessary and ride in complete comfort. My husband is a tall man and most small cars he has to slouch in. The Aveo allows him to sit strait up and have all the room he needs, without leaving me (who is a foot and a half shorter) swimming. I highly recommend the Aveo to all I encounter.

2004 aveo - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By kevin - January 12 - 11:17 pmI purchased the car for work. Drive around 65000 per year. Car has been very dependable. Slight problems. Both front wheel bearings have been replaced. Timing belt broke at 60,000. Chevrolet paid for almost all of the work to be done. Get about 30 mpg with car. Wish the mileage was a little better. Overall very satisfied with car and plan to buy another in 2006.

17K Miles & 15 months. I love this car! - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By debewley - January 8 - 7:29 pmIve put over 17,000 miles on my 2004 Aveo so far. As others have mentioned it is extremely peppy and has a surprising amount of interior room. Im currently driving my Aveo 120+ miles per day including interstate, secondary roads, and city driving. And Im averaging greater than 31 mpg. I love the small turing radius and the extremely responsive steering. Ive owned several new cars in my lifetime and this is the first one that Ive not had any problems with after prolonged ownership and driving. The quality has been excellent and I really dont know how you could expect more from a $12,000 dollar vehicle.

Great Economy Car - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
By Prozac - December 9 - 10:00 amI have already put 450 miles on this in 5 days time. The car handles great, gets great gas mileage without even being broke in yet, large enough to accomodate a 62" man with more room to push the seat back, and enough power to get out of its own way. I really hope that they come out with some after- market support. I mainly use this car for work, but seem to like it more for when the family and I need to make short trips aroung town. It has a great European car feel to it. If you just need a basic car that can be lots of fun, this would be a great choice.
