  • Best Damn Mini Van Out There - 1999 Nissan Quest
    By -

My husband and I test drove several Mini Vans when we were looking for one and wound up with the Quest for the comfort and handling of it. I love it! I have always owned a Nissan and I cant believe that we actually thought that the Pontiac Montana was more a good Van. If oyu want my opinion, stick with Nissan they hold there value and are very reliable cars.

  • Better Van Needed - 1999 Nissan Quest

Nissan needs to upgrade their minivan. All other vehicles are excellent except for the this van. Ive owned all sorts of Nissan cars and this one is the most disapointing.

  • Awesome for a mini-van - 1999 Nissan Quest

The best, most reliable vehicle Ive ever owned, and thats saying something. Bought it brand new in 99 and Ive never had a single problem with it, even with the miles at over 170,000. Even though my kids are driving themselves now I still get plenty of use out of the van and its one of the most comfortable cars Ive ever driven. Based on this Id buy another Nissan in a heartbeat.

My 1999 Nissan Quest has good power, decent fuel economy, great interior and comfort (with a great leather quality), and lots of neat features. My kids love the video system. I have not experienced any major problems. I just hit 40,000 miles and my Questr still rides like a sedan. I also own a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder and provides the same performance and quality. I plan on purchasing a Nissan as my next vehicle as well.

  • Nice Van - 1999 Nissan Quest

I like the Quest weve had a few minor gliches when we first purchased it used. The TV/VCR can be a bit troublesome at times. The break pedal sometimes sounds like you are stepping on a mouse.(Ive already had this looked at and well the mouse came back again) Overall though this has been a good van for our family of five.

  • I love my van! - 1999 Nissan Quest

I balked at the idea of becoming a "minivan mom", but I love my van! The kids can watch a movie during long trips, and theres plenty of space to keep them out of arms reach of one another. I bought it used at a very good price, which made me wonder what was wrong with it, but over a year later and all Ive had to do is fill it with gas and change the oil. Very solidly built, dependable, and comfortable, even for a family of six!

  • almost perfect - 1999 Nissan Quest

Great van, GLE package a must, The only thing I would like, is more HP , I found that with the 5 of us it took some time getting up to a good speed when getting on the Interstate. If they could produce a 200+ HP van , I would be a Quest customer for life.

  • thems the brakes - 1999 Nissan Quest

Nissan make a great van. This is my second Quest. It has tons of room, drives great and looks good. I have only one complaint, the brakes. the breakes needed doing over completely in less than a year. I was not impressed. Vehicle isnt cheap, I lease, but you get what you pay for.

  • the undiscovered van. - 1999 Nissan Quest

this van is an extremely quiet even at cruising highway speeds with a fairly decent mileage. i have also got used to the leather seats etc.

  • Very Good Van W/few problems - 1999 Nissan Quest
    By -

This has been a very good van for our family for the past seven years. It has been very reliable and a pleasure to drive. The fuel injection system does require cleaning every 30K miles or the pedal will "stick". The interior features have much to be desired, the cupholders, TV/VCR,and seat handles, side vent window latches, are not of good quality. The display of the radio has faded out for a couple of years now, the radio still works however. We are beginning to experience some electrical problems with the power vent windows, turn signal, and window/door lock controls. Overall we have been very pleased with the van and with 84K miles some repairs are to be expected.
