Great Ride - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By N-S - December 12 - 8:26 amTraded in my 07 RX for 2010. I am so happy Lexus made the best crossover SUV even better. Had this car for one week and love driving it everywhere. Already getting 23 mpg on the first tank. The interior is miles better than previous model. It feels more upscale. The technology in this car is the best. The remote mouse is great and easy to use. Love the smart access. You cant go wrong with this car.

Luxury SUV? NOT! - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By ManyCars - November 25 - 5:40 amLexus calls this a "Luxury SUV." WRONG. Ive owned many luxury autos and this isnt one of them. I tried to adjust but I just sold it with 2475 miles on the odometer. Cost me money, I hated this car! The reliability and build quality are some of the best but it rode like a cattle truck and the ergonomic design was stupid. Humans were intended to occupy this thing. The worst placement of some controls that Ive ever seen. If you need to access a 12v outlet for a cell charger, etc., do it while stopped because you cant while moving. You have to remove two compartment covers and stand on your head to get to it. My son owns one a bit older and its a great car. The 2010 redesign was a bust.

2010 RX... Big Mistake - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By Texas Lexus - November 14 - 6:06 amPreviously owned "11" Lexus RXs & very satisfied! Extremely disappointed with new 2010! Lexus went downhill on this model! The wind noise is terrible! Sounds like front windows are always cracked open. Headrests & seats very uncomfortable. Wont cool. NO more arm rests! Interior lost most of wood trim. Glove compartment, visor mirrors & holder for sunglasses made of flimsy plastic. Horrible console design. Lid does not open fully & is awkward to reach inside. 12V & USB buried at bottom of console. Need a flashlight to find them! Awkward space under console. No illumination on garage door buttons or reading lights. Hit & miss in the dark. Backdoors part of fender wells & will not stay clean. Our 2010 will be in the dealership for a week having door windows replaced. They think it will help stop the loud wind noise! Weve had a great relationship with our Lexus dealer for many years. Too bad Lexus failed to deliver quality on this model.

By Ralph - October 30 - 9:40 pmAfter 6 mos and 7k I can say I hate and I mean HATE the center storage I dread every time I have to get something out It is set to far back and that stupid box you have to pull out to get to the usb and acc plug what a hassle i can not believe the money and not one side molding not a single lousy strip The MPG could be better but I am satisfied It is better then my Envoy This my 2nd Lexus but my 1st SUV so I am pretty happy about the ride and comfort compared to the GMCs & Dodges I have had in the past I am still not sure if the Money is worth the car for what you get The real test for me will be repairs if after warranty the costs stay low compared to there sedan I will buy another

Flying low - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By peterpal - September 17 - 1:36 pmJust purchased my new Rx350 and Im glad i did! Its smooth and quiet goes over bumps like butter. I considered other Lux brands Like BMW and Cadillac, no comparison between them. Not that the other ones were "Bad" I just prefer the ride and the quiet of the Lexus. Its like being at 40,000 feet in a jet, smooth!

Lexus Has Fallen - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By BeachBound - August 27 - 7:00 pmWe purchased a brand new 2010 RX 350. After a week or so we noticed the front bumper was coming off. After 3 months, the whole transmission blew on the car and had to be replaced. While replacing it, the dealer scratched up the rear bumper so badly it had to be repainted. The car is a piece of junk. After four Lexus in our family, I will NEVER touch that brand ever again!!!

Lexus problems - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By woodywood - August 9 - 10:50 amAfter driving two Lexus RX models and after walking away from two major accidents we purchased a 2010 Rx 350. We have the same problem with the bumper pulling loose. We had the same problem with a 2010 hs250h that we found had double back tape applied to hold it in place. All I can say is whats up Lexus ? If I want a car that is taped together . I think I can find one at a dump. I expect better than this from a company that says it takes pride in its quality.

New 2010 RX 350 - Lots of Initial defect - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By omgl777 - August 3 - 9:53 amI have had my 2010 RX 350 for about 4 months now. In total, I have gone back 5 times for 3 different defects on the new model. I have had Navigation, A/C Radio problems (which all have TSBs issued by Lexus now). Not to mention the exterior defect of the driver side bumper I now have, due to wind damage from long distance driving. The front corner bumper is "popping" out of place every time I go on long drives. Im going to have to wait until the next time I go in for service to have it checked out, Im tired of driving loaners and paying for a new car. Overall, I am very disappointed that Lexus would send a car out on the road with so many problems.

Love it... so far? - 2010 Lexus RX 350
By bobm - June 25 - 4:50 amAbsolutely no problems so far. But reading some of the other reviews and forums, I wonder if the other shoe is about to drop? That said, my 2010 RX 350 is everything that I thought that it would be -- quiet, comfortable ride, decent performance, great build quality, and an exterior design that makes the prior versions look like Ugly Betty. Getting ready to go on a 2k road trip, so I will update after that.
