SUV I ever want to be driving - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By Praveen - September 25 - 9:03 pmWe went shopping for an SUV 2 years ago. Test drove Toyota, VW and third in line was this babe. Both myself and my wife were so baffled with the quality of the vehicle, we decided to buy it immediately. sort of "love at first drive". Gives us about 19 in city driving and has given as much as 27 on highway. 2 years and we still love this babe. Engine revs freely (responds well with Shell gasoline) and is surprisingly quick off the line. Quality of materials inside the vehicle is awesome.

I LOVE THIS SUV!!!! - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By danacandy - September 1 - 7:06 amThis car is really nice to drive. My husband who is 64" fits comfortably in the middle row, my 3 kids also fit very well, with room to spare(including a car seat). We have really enjoyed taking this car on trips. It has a lot of get up and go power, it rides smooth like a luxury sedan. We have been so happy with this purchase, we will more than likely purchase an upgrade in a few more years. I definitely recommend this SUV!!!

Beware of quirky problems in new car - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By ccoady - May 14 - 7:36 amLoved the look and feel of this car but have had serious problems for a new car. First week TPMS light went on and had to be reset by dealer, within one month quirky electrical problems, keyless entry would not work, passenger seat heater not operating. Dealer had to remove dash to get to problem. Just this evening with only 13000 I had to have the car TOWED to the dealer, the transmission seems to have gone, with my foot to the floor the car could only go 15 MPH and could not get up my slightly included driveway. Too much headache for a new car

Surprising - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By Adam - April 30 - 1:30 pmI was not even thinking of buying a Hyundai SUV but the sleek look of it caught my eye. I test drove it and was so pleasantly surprised by the ride and comfort. The price was reasonable and the warranty is exceptional. Hyundai sure has come a long way!

Excellent Vehicle - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By dave - April 21 - 10:00 amThe Veracruz is a very well built auto. With the addition of a hitch, it even tows reasonably heavy loads without much trouble. The engine is very capable. The interior is nearly perfect. Material quality is terrific and better than my previous Honda. In 60k miles the only issue I have had is a power window switch had to be replaced. Great stereo. Has been in two collisions, front and rear, with no damage other than bumper cover replacement. One of the other vehicles was totalled with trunk and roof creases. Compares well with my wifes Acadia.

Great SUV FWD - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By normanebanks - February 24 - 11:25 pmI bought the LTD in early April 2007 and have 43600 miles on. I had the fuel pump and twice the brake light switch replaced in the two years. The car has been solid ever since. I bought the aftermarket "SES" 2 pc. grill which closed up the gaping hole in the front. Looks good. the dealer has been great with all issues. I love the looks, the ride, the luxury and the value. I chose it over the CX9 due to price and the Rendesvous which was dated.

2007 hyundai limited - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By bernard edwards - January 25 - 11:56 amwe purchased our seventh hyundai,a vera cruz limited and like our other hyundais we love the vera cruz.we got the ultimate package, and it is a gorgeous vehicle inside and out,and like the motor trend said it beat the lexus rx 350 and i can see why.gas milage right with two wheel drive at 500 miles is just over 24 mph,so it is the best cross over out there.

Bought Used--Lovin it! - 2007 Hyundai Veracruz
By Cruzin - December 19 - 11:46 amThis is my first SUV & I am in love with it! Buying this car used was well worth it b/c I was able to afford the Limited edition with leather seats & ALL the bells & whistles I could imagine. I feel like Im driving a luxury vehicle! The car drives SO smoothly and it is SO quiet. Stereo sounds great! I read EVERY review on this website before my purchase and I think I made a great choice! I looked at the Honda CR-V as well but the interior honestly looked a little dated after seeing the Veracruz Limited Ed. I NEVER thought I would own a Hyundai-but I agree with another review, that this SUV is a hidden gem! I feel proud and smart that I got a "luxury" car for a great price!
