Great Not-So-Small SUV - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By Ryan - July 17 - 9:36 pmWhat an impressive change from the previous style. This vehicle cosmetically is so nice, both inside & out. People have constantly stopped to look and see what it is Im driving. The build quality is perfect & the fuel economy is amazing. With no 3rd Row seat, the legroom im the back is great for even full size adults. Great Job Toyota!

A Little More Engineering! - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By Mike - June 22 - 12:36 pmLove the design. Classic Toyota attention to detail. This is the 6th Toyota I purchased since 1989. You just cant be the quality and dependability of a Toyota. Also like the amount of interior room, very spacious. I am 6-4" and have no trouble getting comfortable in any seat.

Love My RAV4 - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By KPT - June 6 - 4:00 pmThis is my first SUV and I love it. It drives and handles better than my previous car. The gas mileage averages around 24 mpg combined. For the price, reliability, handling and gas mileage, you cant go wrong. I would definitely buy again.

2006 V6 AWD RAV4 - Whats not to like! - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By Jack Ketch - June 2 - 3:13 pmGreat small SUV with comfort, handling and plenty of power. The only think I do not like about this car is the front console cup holders which are too large. Other than that I am totally satisfied.

Great vehicle!! - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By leaf74 - May 18 - 2:26 amPicked up a 3.5l Sport AWD Rav4 recently and couldnt be more impressed. This thing is an absolute missile in a straight line and handles very very well with minimal body roll. Its quiet inside and out (lets not forget this is the 3.5l drive train from the Lexus RX 350 so its no surprise really). Its roomy comfortable and I have really no complaints about this vehicle to speak of. Very solid high quality Not-so-little-anymore SUV. I love it.

V6 Limited Really Hot! - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By Paul Kaye - April 4 - 1:30 pmThe new RAV4 V6 is a really fun car to drive. Power and torque is phenomonal! The vehicle can easily break traction if your not careful. More power than many mid-size V8 SUVs. Steering is tight and precise. The electronic assisted power brakes makes stopping on a dime the norm, besting cars at twice the price. All around visibility is very good. The optional JBL stereo will make any teenager envious of the door rocking thumping power. The vehicle has car like smoothness and is very quite at well over highway speeds. Truely a sheep in fox clothing SUV.

The 2006 RAV4 won over my Outback - 2006 Toyota RAV4
By Mary - March 31 - 11:06 amI was a solid believer in the Subaru Outback. My husband talked me into trading my Outback in for the new RAV4. I have to say the RAV4 won me over. The side curtain airbags are a definite bonus. Steering and turning are much better than the Outback. And I have to say it gets better gas mileage than my old car. I have the 4 cyl., in my opinion the V6 is too much power for the ride. And the gas mileage is much better with 4 cyl.
