  The Matrix XR 5-Speed is a wonderful car: fun to drive, excellent gas mileage (35 mpg average so far), comfortable, lots of storage.

  It has lots of interior space, Im 66" 275lbs. My family fits inside this little car. My friends like the way it looks, They said they wanted the windows tinted. It has just enough power to get you where you need, plus good gas mph.

  Ive owned this car for about 4 months. Because Ill be going off to college soon, I needed a car that was reliable and fun to drive. The Toyota Matrix lives up to and exceeds my requirements of a great vehicle.

  I Love it, its slow from the start but once your going it can pass almost anything one the road!! The AC inverter is the best standard feature, with a very roomy interior. Im seriously considering some TRD upgrades to the engine and handling.

  I am on my second matrix! I bought the XR model and loved everything about it so when I had the chance to "upgrade" to a 6 speed XRS with all the toys I jumped at it. The car is sporty, very fun to drive and at the same time is very practical.

  Just bought the Matrix XR over the weekend and I must say that I really like it. I got the FWD automatic because shifting bites in DC traffic and because its intended to be the "family car". I would have gotten the XRS but I figure if I wanted a bigger engine then I would have gotten a sports car. People look at the car everywhere I go and its because its a great looking car.

  I love the navigation system. During a 3 minute demo to a VP at my office, while just sitting in the parking lot, had him saying hed never buy another car without it. During first long trip, S to N across PA, my son and I never turned on the radio or CD once. It was just so much fun to see how it worked and how quickly it recalculates routes if you decide on a little detour.

  this car has it all style perfomance! fun to drive! it may not be as fast as wrx but it will out slalom it out brake and for sure looks so much better! i feel i made a great buy with my XRS
