  • Best car ever - 2000 Toyota Celica

I bought this car last year to have a little extra fun driving a stick. It doesnt disappoint. Its a solid little poor man sports car with great gas mileage, decent pick up, and great handling. Its the best car I have ever owned! I bought it with 89k and the only thing wrong so far is the passenger side window motor isnt working. I highly recommend this car for a medium to small sized person. I get stares all the time.

  • this is a great car but be careful - 2000 Toyota Celica

this was my first car and i had it for 2 and a half months before i totaled it. i loved everything about the car, but if youre thinking about getting one, make sure you get the antilock brakes. i didnt know that they were not standard and mine didnt come with any. That is why my brakes locked up in the rain, and i rear ended somebody causing $11,600 in damages. i am definatly getting another one just like it, but this time im getting the ABS system.

  • I absolutely LOVE my 2000 Toyota Celica - 2000 Toyota Celica

This has to be the best little sports car ever. Its comfortable, sporty, fun to drive, handles like a dream, sleek, chic, and perfect for a girl with attitude. Blackie, as I like to call him, has given me everything I would need in a first car. Its the best car ever for the price and model.

  • Amazing Car - 2000 Toyota Celica

When i found my celica, it wasnt even for sale officially. They were going to sell it to an auction because it was just a trade-in, with about 125,000 miles on it. I fell in love with it instantly and bought it anyway. It was the best, and most dependable car i have ever owned. The only thing i had to get done was oil changes, and was amazing on gas. i recently got in an accident, someone T-boned my drivers side. her front end was demolished, and i didnt even get a bruise. by this time there was about 155,00 miles on it..and still running absolutely perfect. Im looking around for another celica right now, and theres no possibility that i will be purchasing anything other!

  • 75K miles and NOTHING has ever broken! - 2000 Toyota Celica

This is really a wonderful car, the best and most reliable that I have ever owned. I still have the original brakes! I routinely get 26-28 MPG city, and 30 highway, but thats at 80- 85, where the car wants to cruise. The only thing that I miss is a limited slip differential, as when the power comes on, its hard to avoid wheelspin in 1st and second, expecially in the tight turns. Still looks great, too. I really dont want to sell yet . . .

  • Fun to drive, poor visibility - 2000 Toyota Celica

Ive had this car for 3 years with only a "check engine light" that was minor and the hatchback cylinders were too weak for the spoiler. Other than that no problems whatsoever!!! I live in Indiana by the lake and the winters can be brutal to drive through with the low clearance so this is really a summer car or southern car.

  • My TRD GT-300 - 2000 Toyota Celica

I purchased the car from Poway Toyota last September 2003, which makes this car just 7 months old. I have already installed Strut Tower Braces on the front upper and lower, and on the rear, Titanium Shifters, race pedals, and an Injen Short Ram Air Intake which added 15 more horses on my stock 143 horses. The car is beautifully designed, and I planned to keep it that way except probably for a 19AXIS Hagen wheels on a Pirelli PZero Tires and APR wide-body kit. And yes, I also replaced that ugly stock FM Antenna that Toyota had on all Celicas with a rubber mounter high-flex high performance racing antenna.

Great performance, fast on the road, futuristic look on the interiors - definitely an owners pride

  • Awesome car! Needs minor improvements - 2000 Toyota Celica

What an awesome car! If I get to decide again, will buy the exact same car! Own since 03/2000. Regularly receive lots of compliments. No major problems. Handling, performance, reliability and looks cant be beaten.
