I love my 4runner, love the feel and ride. I would definitely buy it again. I used to own a 97 ford explorer, but never had a new vehicle. would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone. so far my gas mileage is 17.4 and climbing since i picked it up the 2nd week of January 2010. It definitely gets up and goes, could very easily get a speeding ticket in this sub.

  • Love my 4RUNNERS - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

This is my 3rd 4RUNNER. I have had the 2003, 2007, and now the 2010 Limited 4RUNNER. I am very satisfied with this one other than the fact that the basics I just knew would be standard are not even available as options. This is the highest 4Runner Ive owned, and it has no running boards, go figure, also no wind deflectors available. Love the adjustable, reclining backs, AWESOME! Also very pleased with all the other perks. Im a Toyota Fan for LIFE!

My 2010 4runner currently has 39k and has been flawless to me.. i bought it with 26k to avoid the high new car price and couldnt be more satisfied with it. Itll tow anything that Ill ever need to tow and carries everything i could want. The only thing Ive had it in the dealer for was the TSB on the headlight replacement for when they haze up. I didnt need it done but figured Id do it before i was out of warranty. all these things need are oil changes and routine maintenance and they should go forever! I love the new interior on the 5th generations! Bluetooth, backup cam, nice easy to use Navi all looks good on the black interior! cant forget the famous roll down back window!!!

  • SR5 vs Limited - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

As a small business owners we get a tax break if you purchase a vehicle over 6,000lbs. The 4Runner was at the top of the list at 6,300. The big question...SR5 or Limited (8-10K diff.). Our dealer received the Blizzard White SR5 first (4x4). The day it arrived we drove it and instantly loved it. It had so many standard features that we didnt consider the Limited after this (~$34K vs ~$42K). We purchased the vehicle the next day and have not regretted our decision in the least bit. It is a dream to drive, very comfortable, and fun. We added a remote starter and mud flaps as dealer accessories.

  • Some things that helped - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

The annoying ding ding seat belt noise, can & was 90% silenced by legit dealer reprogram. Yeah! Also pop out back door recessed handles and insert about 4 lbs of those soft and quiet ankle weights. Door still opens ok yet closes so much easier. Yeah again. Vehicle travels great. 6 cyl enough power 95% of time. One touch seat reset would be nice. Trailer light hook up unbelievably out of position. Buy 18 in extension at wmt. Pulls my 1500 lb boat silky smooth

  • Love It. Minor Flaws - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

Purchased my 2010 SR5 two months ago. Love the color gray. Averaging 19.5 mpg in mixed city/highway driving. Love the ride--smoother than many cars and most SUVs. I purchased the 2010 model after driving a 1999 SR5 for the last 11 years. Gas mileage is o.k. but I was hoping for a little better (low 20s would have been nice). I like the fuel economy meter and interior gauges and controls. Quality is great so far. I like the masculine looks, inside and out. Here are the minor flaws: no running boards, radio illumination gets washed out (too dim) when the headlights are turned on, rear wiper could be better (why doesnt it swipe the entire back window?). Overall, a great vehicle. No regrets.

  • Far exceeds expectations - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

Just bought a silver 2010 4runner 4x4 for my wife yesterday we traded in her 2002 4runner 2wd. Now this was a huge upgrade for us even though we only bought an SR5 not a limited but all the standard options have come a long way. The ride is very quiet and extremely smooth. Factory stereo sound amazing. All the hookups for ipod included USB. mirror defrosters with power seats are a very nice feel. We looked at lexus RX and It felt for 10k more we were just paying for the name and leather. Also the height to see over everyone and still with good turning and parking. Were extremely happy i know most people havent gotten used to the exterior but me and my wife

  • Nice ride - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

Have 5k trouble free miles. As high as 24 mpg on hwy. Tows a 14 ft enclosed trailer ok. Traded a Acura mdx for this so I could tow. Not as plush but 10 grand less. Also had a gx 470 but couldnt stomach the extra 16 grand. Overall it is a decent ride, not like the high ends but for the money it is good. Toyota did go a little cheap on this one. Metal is too thin, plastic scratches too easy, no memory seats. Its obvious they skimped.

  • 4 Runner Loves the Colorado Mountains - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

I love that it is wider for more interior room. I have two kids car seats in the back & another person can easily fit between them. Really wanted the 3rd row. The ground clearance is nice for us who like to actually off road a bit. The NAVI & blue tooth work perfect with my iPhone. It took 30 seconds to get the phone connected to the system. Stereo sounds great. Seat warmers have come in handy too. I drove through 1 of untouched snow w/out ever thinking of locking down the 4W high. Driving up I-70 out of Denver was a dream with all power and the breaks have serious stopping power. I do have the Limited w/22" wheels so maybe the brakes are larger?

  • Best yet - 2010 Toyota 4Runner

I have owned over the past twenty years, five 4 runners all generations up to this one including the original P/U cap model. This one beats them all. The engine is more than adequate for my needs. The design is aggressive looking especially in black with the 20 inch wheels. The interior is laid out well. Road visibility is great due to the vehicles height and the ride while truck like is firm and not sloppy. Love the Nav system and the remote start.
