Awesome car! I dont like how theres no lights in the vanity mirror, and there should be third row seating available with the sunroof. Other than that, cars great.

  • BEST SUV IN ITS CLASS - 2004 Toyota 4Runner

AFTER COMPARING THE 4RUNNER TO EVERY OTHER SUV IN ITS CLASS, THE TOYOTA 4RUNNER RAN AWAY WITH IT IN EVERY CATAGORY.

The 04 4Runner Sport is simply the best. It replaces a 95 4Runner, which was great. The V8 will change your attitude (if you had one..) about poor SUV performance. Tromp it, and it nails you back in your seat and takes off like a rocket. I also have a Toyota MR2 and have owned high performance spots cars. The gas mileage is much improved too. Im getting 18 mpg hwy/interstate vs the old V6s 12-14. We had the Sports cloth changed to leather, which we love. Drive one, youll see what Im talking about.

I compared many SUVs in this class and it would be silly to buy anything else for what this vehicle can offer. Great comfort, nice ride, awesome technology, and a strong name to back it. It makes me wonder why anybody would buy an Explorer, Trailblazer, or any JEEP product. My only gripe is that McGeorge Toyota in Richmond, VA may not be the best place to do business. Look elsewhere.

I AM VERY PLEASANT WITH MY RUNNER. VERY FUN TO DRIVE, STRONG AND QUIT ENGINE AND GOOD GAS MILEAGE (20.7 AT HIGHWAYS). IT IS VERY EASY TO PARK, AND VERY GOOD LOOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE STEREO SYSTEM IS A MARVEL.

I have slowly moved up the Toyota line of vehicles. Progressing in model as finances allow. Recently purchased 4Runner. WOW! THe ride, feel, handling, and the thrill are fantastic. Test drove many SUVs. 4Runner exceeds expectations and breaks the SUV mold!

  • Hello 4Runner - Good Bye GM - 2004 Toyota 4Runner

This is my first non-GM SUV, and I am loving it! The 2004 Toyota 4Runner V8 Sport Edition 4WD is a great vehicle for looks, comfort, quietness, value, performance, build, and reliability. Most of my driving tends to be city, on-road, with some highway, variable weather, with a little off-road, but my overall mileage is at 19.2 mpg which is great for a V8 4WD. I am also glad I have a 4Runner model that has all the improvements made since 2003. I have previously owned full-size K-Blazers, S-Blazers, and full-size Tahoes from Chevy, but now I cant ever imagine getting anything else to drive other than another 4Runner. This seems to be the overall best vehicle that I have ever owned. Period.

  • Very nice vehicle - 2004 Toyota 4Runner

Sold my 2-seater sports car to upgrade to an SUV. Bought the vehicle used with 40K miles. The original owner took excellent care of the vehicle. Very happy with the vehicle so far. I have the limited version with almost every feature except the navigation and 4WD. Did not want the 4WD but the navigation would be nice. I think my only complaint would be the fuel mileage (15-16mpg) in the city but I knew what I was getting in to with the V8.

This is a GREAT TRUCK! I have 180, 000 miles on mine and it still does everything it was suppose to do. I bought it at 159K with no hesitation since its a Toyota, have not been dissappointed yet. It starts and runs GREAT everyday and I drive 40 miles round trip to my job everyday. Cant say enough good things about this truck.
