  • Scion is for the College Student - 2005 Scion xA

I love my new Scion. It was an easy purchase. Toyota financed my purchase without a cosigner and no down payment. How great is that! I havent had a single problem with the car, as of yet. The car doesnt pick up speed quickly, but who cares. As a commuter student, I need a reliable car and Scion provided it.

  • Best decision I ever made - 2005 Scion xA

All this for a car for around $13,000. I love mine. In mostly city driving I am now getting 23 mpg with the manual. Havent had it out on all hwy. yet. Its not just the young people buying it. Im over 45 and was looking for a comfortable, economical car and this was it. After much research, this was by far the best choice.

  • The BEST car for the $$$! - 2005 Scion xA

I had been in desperate need of a new car, and was looking for something economical. I was considering the Mazda3, Corolla, Golf, etc. and stumbled a review on the new Scion by Toyota. All the reviews (including this site) had nothing but favorable things to say, and when I compared the options that came standard with Scion vs. the "others", I thought this sounds great! I ordered one without ever driving one and figured it is what it is, I just need something basic to get me around. I couldnt have been more surprised and pleased with a vehicle such as the xA. It handles very well and Im currently averaging 40 mpg on the highway and I couldnt be happier!

  • This Scion is so much fun - 2005 Scion xA

I purchased my Scion Xa in July of 2004. The interior design, where speedometer and all is placed, has reduced nighttime driving glare, resulting in less eye strain. After 40,000 miles, I have had to spend only $30 in maintanance. My highway mileage has reached up to 42 mpg. The stock stereo is better then most premium stereos.

  • If I couldnt have a MINI. - 2005 Scion xA

Was pleasantly surprised with all the standard features for such a low price plus the excellent gas mileage. CD, power windows, power mirror, interior lights that shut-off after closing the door, etc. Advertised at 32/37 mpg and actually getting combined of 36.5 mpg. Enjoy the somewhat unique exterior styling, similar to a Matrix. Who wants a Honda or VW they all have the same bland styling. Again, for 13K cant beat it.

  • Outstanding XA - 2005 Scion xA

Just bought the XA about a week ago and am very impressed with the ride. I commute 44 mins one way and needed a reliable and economical car and the XA was everything I needed. The XA has power everything and the 5 speed manual does great on the hills. Its a comfortable ride and has the Toyota reliability emanating from it. It handles well on curves and is pretty quiet (I almost stalled it twice because I kept on thinking it was an automatic due to the quiet engine!). Plenty of room, where I can put 3 car seats in the back if I needed to. I like all the aftermarket parts I can put on it to make it personal. The only bad things is that it didnt have floor mats, cruise control, or armrest.

I got a beautiful Scion who is the light of my days i never expect so much comfort in a car and the gas is $20.00 dollars to be full and it last for a week what a diference from the jeep a just to drive. Im really happy person now. And the 6 year warranty is a peace of mind for me. I dont regret my investment, is a great car.

  • Love my Scion! - 2005 Scion xA

My Scion has been fantastic! No mechanical problems at all, and it is a blast to drive. I love the way it looks, and we have plenty of interior room. My 60 yr old sister went out and bought one last month and she loves hers as well.

  • Good Value - 2005 Scion xA

When I first saw the Scion line at an auto show a few years ago, I thought they were ugly. But theyve really grown on me. When it came time to get a new car I didnt want to spend a lot of money but I wanted something comfortable, cool looking and economical. I felt myself being drawn to the xA. Knowing nothing about it I test drove it and really like the styling and handling. Plus it came loaded with EVERYTHING-standard! The no hassle buying was also a HUGE plus. I put a little extra in and got a power moonroof. This loaded little beauty came in under $16,000! I couldnt be happier.
