and I call myself a Redneck - 2005 Scion XB
By Don - February 12 - 7:06 pmI love it, miles per tank is awesome and i love the attention that I get from it. everyone from 80 to 8 seams to love to stare at it while I get gas once a month or while I drive it. being part of a club centered around the scions has made me love of the car even more. way to go Toyota!

Roomy with a View - 2005 Scion XB
By V Cambalik - January 19 - 8:40 amI look for fuel economy and roominess when I buy a car. My Scion delivered both. It has been 18 years since I have purchased a new car and I looked extensively at all options before I bought my Scion XB. I am an ecologically-minded, 50-something teacher at a Catholic school so the 30+ mpg that my Scion gets allows me to sleep easily at night. I also do catering, so the fold-down rear seats allow me to transport lots of food! I was worried about upstate NYs snowfall being a challenge, but my Scion fitted with Toyo snow tires charged through on even the worst days! The sound system is GREAT! Please make future models with greater adjustability of the drivers seat and non-chip-able paint.

So far so good! - 2005 Scion XB
By Shu Box - January 10 - 10:00 amI have been driving the heck out of it and for a little car with a ton of room inside, it has taken all I can give it, stuff in it, and still get me to work and back cheaply...

My Yellow Box - 2005 Scion XB
By Charles higgins - January 7 - 2:40 amAs an owner of a 2005 Yellow Scion xB, when you leave the house you need to be dressed and have your hair in place. You will be waatched at red lights and when you pass people or park by someone at the mall. Their first question is who makes it and what sort of gas mileage does it get and, my god I cant believe how much room it has. Do you like it? YES.

OH WHAT A FEELING! - 2005 Scion XB
By SCSCION - January 5 - 6:46 pmMy wife and I bought our XB to replace an ageing Ford Probe GT, yes big difference in power, handling etc. but Oh the reliability. At the amazing price of $14,733 the car handles well gets good mileage (29MPG around town in stop & go traffic etc.) can move much more cargo and people than we ever could in our Probe. Ive got 800 miles on it now and expect it to "loosen-up" a little and return better mileage soon, who knows? Keep an eye on the paint up front, its prone to chips, after all it is a verticle slab your driving. All in all we both enjoy our XBs room, comfort, ease of entry, safety features etc. and see ourselves driving it for a LONG time as we only put on about 10,000K/yr.

Glad I got it! - 2005 Scion XB
By Kevin2424 - January 5 - 10:00 amVery nice car. A head turner. Only issue I had was the keyless entry remotes were missing and had to go back to dealership twice to get it programmed. But fun car! I recommend it highly! Get the manual, Automatic is a dog!

New xB - 2005 Scion XB
By SMusick - December 13 - 8:06 pmI had researched the Scion line, and was already impressed by the features for the money. I had originally intended to buy an xA. A quick drive in the xB and I knew that was the Scion to own. As a previous Toyota owner I was already sold on quality and reliability. My xB is amazingly fun to drive.
