  This car is most excellent in all catagories that matter to me: visibility, leg room, mileage, ability to easily creep along in heavy traffic, squeezing into tight parking, handling, sports car feel, cargo space, fun to drive.

  so far my experience has been great. Fuel consumption is good. A little unsteady in strong wind on bridges! The car gets lots of "looks" Rear door is easy to use.

  The XB is a very comfortable and reliable car. Doesnt have much power but is used more by me as a cruising car. I love the fact that anywhere you go you will always get noticed.

  I GOT MY XB IN JULY AND I LOVE IT..7 SPOKE 17" WHEELS AND YOKAHAMA TIRES MADE IT LOOK COOL, BUT THE TRD 2" LOWERING SPRINGS DID THE TRICK..MY CAR IS BLUE PEARL AND I PUT THE GRAY FLAME DECALS ON IT..THE CARBON FIBER DASH PILLARS GAS DOOR AND REAR SPOILER LOOK AWSOME.THE 6 DISC CD FROM PIONEER WORKS GREAT AND I ALSO GOT THE NEON BLUE LIGHTING PACKAGE AND SPORT PEDALS..HAD THE FRONT WINDOWS TINTED TO MATCH THE BACK..I GET MORE LOOKS AND THUMBS UP IN THIS CAR THAN ON MY 50K DOLLAR CHOPPER..THANKS TOYOTA FOR SUCH AN AWSOME CAR...BY THE WAY IM 46 YEARS OLD NOT A KID..THIS CAR MAKES ME ACT LIKE A KID THOUGH..

  cool car - 2005 Scion XB

  i purchased my 05 about a month ago. camaflage green cool color. i also own a civic hybrid but there was no trunk space for my wifes wheel chair so i went looking for a good used car for around $8000. there was the xB@ my local toyota. 37850 on the clock no dents dings just 1 small scratch. paid a little more but not only do i ave 36mpg plentu of room for the kids wheelchair but my leg and head room is superior. nice for a budget car. the only thing i miss is cruise control but hey cant have everything. and mommas happy with it. and if mommas happy we are all happy.

  I bought my XB in late 2005 and got some time to drive it before the roads got wet. Every time I get out on the road I get looked at from every corner. If they like my car or hate it with everything they got they still look and thats all I need. I love it from the ride to gas miles. At first I had to let some air out of the tires to easy up the ride on bumps but other than that I have not one complaint.

  This is the best car I have ever owned. I would recommend it to anyone. It may be a little loud on the highway, but you just have to turn up the radio. I love my xB.

  After owning a Volkswagen Eurovan that was so heavy I needed to change brakes (and rotors beause thats how theyre designed!) every six months, and needing to use premium gas on a low fuel economy vehicle, I am in heaven in my Scion xB! I was attracted to the spacious interior since I spend half my life hauling kids around, and they were all used to the van. Once they got inside, all the kids loved it, and they loved the sound system as well. The manual transmission and smaller size makes me feel as if I am driving a sports car. Its handling is great, and the manual transmission is crisp and easy to shift, it almost feels automatic.

  Predict that more cars will be built to include Scion Xb features such as small exterior,large interior,good gas mileage,much standard equipment,funky styling with encouraged ability to transform it into your own ride. How sweet the concept and the result.It is the car version of a Harley.

  A neat boxy beast - 2005 Scion XB

  Ive only had my Scion xB for 10 days, but I really like it so far. It has a lot of room inside, such that my son can fir in it without slouching. The sound system is great, and the XM radio is fantastic. Add the MP3 player and Ill never have to listen to standard am/fm crud again... All in all, I would say that this is a lot of car for the money. It seems to be marketed towards younger people, but thats a little foolish: a good value is just that, good. My last Toyota lasted till 273K miles; I have every hope that this one can do that as well. It isnt boxy, its cute... --STeve Andre (wb8wsf)
