The 2005 Scion xB is a great, fun to drive car. It actually did better than I thought it would in the winter weather. I am pleased with the total package. It is a lot of car for little money. You cant go wrong with it.

I love my Scion xB! It handles well. Great gas mileage! I love the way it looks. I plan to keep this car for a long time. I cannot wait to get it accessorized! I know that this car was made specifically for the "Young" folks. My husband and I are in our late forties and love this car for going around town and back and forth to work!

  • I love my Fridge!!! - 2005 Scion XB

Whether people call my car a fridge or a toaster, it is anything but a small appliance. It is the first car I have bought and I couldnt have picked better. Very roomy to fit my friends for long drives, or to haul around my art things. The dealership also installed black and white contrast leather interior, so I feel like I am driving a much fancier car. Also, with the toyota name behind it, I feel safe. Someone hit me recently and for the impact I felt, there was very little damage. Great gas mileage, too, so affordable at purchase time and thereafter.

Its a toaster, a breadbox, ugly, you name it and Im sure youll hear it. All that matters is that its a good car that needs more power and thats about it.

I am having a good time. I have 2 Land Rovers and this car is gets all of the attention from me. Its different and I can go places without worrying about gas and it turns heads. I love it!

  • This is a good, fun ride - 2005 Scion XB

I got rid of my minivan for the Scion and so far have been pleased. Its a good tall persons car (Im 6-7) and I have 3 inches of headroom clearance. The feel is like sitting in a chair, although i do want an aftermarket armrest. I miss map lights and doors that lock at speed, but the car is packed with about $2,000 worth of options. Cold Air inductions gives more hp and a bit better gas mileage. It handles highway acceleration well for a 4-cylinder. All in all, a fun car. Im looking forward to seeing how it handles winter.

  • Our xB: an almost perfect small car... - 2005 Scion XB

Perfect car with only one drawback: noise at highway speed (70mph+ cruising is a chore.) Would be close to ideal with an overdrive five speed auto.

  • best car for humans - 2005 Scion XB

This car is wonderfully thought out in design. It is made with the human being in mind. Armrests are where they are supposed to be, windshield is larger. The roof supports have been removed from the vision are. If you are handicapped in anyway, it is simply marvelous. The seats are at just the right height and the doors open wide. The head room is phenomenal, making the car feel roomy and non-confining.

  • bought my xb for economy, love it!!! - 2005 Scion XB

bought my xb in 02-04...i drive at least 150 miles per day, 6 days a week...i am a working dj, and people are amazed when they see my set up and then see the car i bring it in...roomy, fun, but could use an armrest! cruise control would be nice as well, but you make do without it...the money i save on gas each month makes my car payment, as i used to drive a full size dodge club cab...will buy another!

  • Good honest car - 2005 Scion XB

The Scion xB provides the best value, utility, and reliability expectations in this price range. Plus is has a good expected trade in value and low maintenance expenses. It has a good ride, the noise level is acceptable, cargo space is amazing, and its finish quality good - havent found anything disappointing yet. i have been [leased with my dealerships professionalism, and found the car to be sound and secure feeling. Its boxy design, with vertical sides, give ample shoulder room for three people in the back seat, but the vertical widshield catches a lot of bugs! It needs a good deflector.
