This Year's Model Updates:

Saturn has upgraded the Ion with new fabrics, improved plastics and a new radio with MP3 and satellite radio capability. The electric steering has been revised for improved feel at highway speeds, while the sedan's five-speed automatic and the coupe's CVT have been recalibrated for improved gear selection and response. Finally, Saturn has installed additional sound-deadening material to reduce cabin noise. A Special Edition version of the sedan provides black exterior paint, distinctive 16-inch wheels and a two-tone interior.

My family holds the record for most new Saturns bought from our dealership (Saturn of Newport News). They are amazing cars, and I will never drive anything else.

This is my 2nd Saturn from this dealer. I also have a 1998 Saturn SL2 and the 2003 is a big improvment.I like the center console.Im short and I now sit higher in the car.I get around 30 mpg. Its a good reliable car my old 1998 Saturn has 139,000 on it and still runs great. The people at the dealership are great and the service is great also.Ill buy my next car at this dealer.

  • Best bang for the buck - 2004 Saturn ION

Ive been shopping around for the past 6 months. I gave myself a budget of $20k. I was comparing this car to the Accord, Celica, Eclipse, and Jetta... For the price, I got the ION 3, fully loaded with all the extras and cannot believe what I took home! This car drives with the smoothness of a Towncar, has an AC that freezes me on a 95 degree summer day, and looks great at the same time. This car has class, practicality, and sportiness all at an incredible price! One of the few American cars made in America, Id recommend this car to anyone in the market... AT LEAST TEST DRIVE IT!

The new ION rocks! I already have 6500 miles in a month and a half. No problems. Handles well in rain, ice, and snow. Great gas mileage. I didnt think Id like the center instrument cluster, but now I dont know how I did without that for so long.

for an inexpensive car, the ion has expensive features such as traction control, abs brakes, and a lot of space in the car itself and the trunk. It handles well at all speeds, has been extremely reliable(no repairs or adjustments required)and is a very good bad weather car-far better than my camry which is terrible in snow and slippery conditions. The one negative- the front seats are just o.k.

  • Saturn ION3 Quad Coupe- fun and useable - 2004 Saturn ION
    By -

I like smaller Japanese vehicles such as Toyota, Honda, and Daihatsu (A Toyota subsidiary as is Scion). As an older single male, I concidered a Corvette or a new Mustang, but I like durability and features that give an owner more than the first impression might make. My quad coupe replaced a very nicely loaded and durable Honda Civic EX 4-dr sedan. The ION3 quad coupe has the sporty appearance of a 2-dr coupe, but gives me the advantages of a four door sedan. The rear access door on each side, without a door column, allows amazing room to carry items and install child seats. I keep vehicles a long time. My Toyota truck had 534,000 mi. before its end. Have fun in your ION 3 quad coupe!

I am a third time saturn owner....prefer the saturn for its appearance. I really enjoyed my SL2...the body style was truly a racy look...but really like the room in my ION.

  • Excellence in Design - 2004 Saturn ION

After purchasing this vehicle I have to say that this vehicle has all the things I could ask for out of a car. Now the center mounted gauges are something to get use to, but in all I have been really happy with the service from saturn, and think this is a well built car.

  • I LOVE MY 1st CAR - 2004 Saturn ION
    By -

This car is wonderful! My dad bought it for me. It was a great price and a wonderful car. I have a black ion 2 4 cyl turbo. It is awsome. At first i wasnt sure about the speedometer in the middle but i love it there. It is so easy to look at. Even though my car cost 1/2 of what a BMW costs it looks just like one. The only problem I have found with my car is that the fabric stains very easily, so I keep carpet cleaner hand and it removes the spots. Great car, Great investment, Wonderful!!!!!!!
