Its Been a Good Car! - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By Guy - May 20 - 5:30 amAfter 10+ years of driving BMWs this car was a surprise. I didnt like driving it. The wife liked it, so we bought it. Six years later, I love it. It is rock solid, low maintenance, gets good gas mileage and is great to commute in.

Comfort Plus - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By EH - August 21 - 10:00 amPerhaps the best-priced, luxury sedan on the market today. Excellent balance between comfort, power. Suprisingly good fuel economy. Egonomically, nearly perfect. Excellent reliability during its first 100K of life. Would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Young at heart Aurora - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By mesajohn - May 27 - 10:46 amI was checking for a caddy when the Aurora jumped at me from the dealership floor. This one was Marine green (thats me,) with two-tone tan and burl interior and loaded. The V-8 performed like a rocket ship and the car cornered like a racecar. I was 24 years old again! The car is subtle in its appearance but when the young kids pull up beside this grandpa at a light and start revving, I show them what a jackrabbit start is really all about. Gotta go. Its time for my geritol.

Very Reliable - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By RK - May 2 - 10:00 amOnly problem so far been a broken drivers side door handle, and it can be a little difficult to fill at the gas pump. Other then that it was a very sweet ride. The New 2001+ Auroras look like an Intrigue, a big mistake by olds.

Great car - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By AMW - April 25 - 2:00 amOverall a great car. In 5 years and 70000 miles, replaced alternator once. Rubber seal around windshield came loose at 50,000 miles. A tube of super glue solved that problem. Top performance and comfort on highway.

Sleek and Luxury In One - 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora
By jillion - June 24 - 10:33 amDefinitely a luxury vehicle. Moving from one state to another,...requested a simple oil change (high quality products)from a quick lube shop that allowed a trainee to perform the oil change (without oversight), etc... overtightening then causing engine to leak and eventually fail (cost me $6,500 to fix).
