Overview & Reviews
The Pathfinder Armada is an all-new full-size sport-utility vehicle from Nissan. Based on the Titan pickup, it features a standard V8 engine, seating for eight and numerous family-friendly features.
- Spacious interior, gutsy V8, lots of up-front storage areas, fold-flat third-row seat.
- Bold styling is polarizing, leather seats not as comfortable as cloth, dismal fuel mileage.

Learn from others mistakes - 2004 Nissan Armada
By Grapes - May 16 - 3:43 amPurchased this vehicle new in DEC of 2003. I knew it was the first model year but it was a Nissan. So how many problems could it have? Ill tell you how many, more than I could have imagined in my wildest dreams. This vehicle is a piece of junk and I felt the exact same way as another reviewer. Nissan should be ashamed of themselves! Problems?, exhaust, window, levelers, brakes, overhead console, electronic powertrain module, oem tires, and squeaks, rattles and shakes that are by far the worst of any car Ive ever driven. And Im 53. Dont know if things changed this year but the armada was rated one of the 5 least reliable vehicles for 5 years running.

Armada.......a big disappointment - 2004 Nissan Armada
By james28 - May 10 - 7:13 pmThis vehicle is the worst i owned. I owned a supercharged xterra which i assumed was the biggest leamon of all time. 3 recalls and numerous problems we traded for the armada. Nissan refuses to provide parts to fix the brakes and we have driven this shakey vehicle for 8mths. We have a water leak, rattles all over, power steering pump moans and a wind leak around the door. The transmisson has a shutter in it. Nissan has fallen to an all time low. I have owned nissan since 1985 and will never own another one. Stay away from nissan products if your smart.

Quick SUV - 2004 Nissan Armada
By Monkei - May 9 - 2:00 amWe needed somethig to tow 7500+ ... that left a LOT of large SUVs out of this range, this beast can do 9100. It came down between this one and the Dodge Durango, and was really no contest. It is quick, tows great, has every comfort you could ever imagine, go ahead and splurge and get the technology package you will be happy that you did.

Awesome Armada - 2004 Nissan Armada
By M. Gilston - April 21 - 2:00 amI just want to say that Nissan has made this soccer mom of 2 boys and 2 dogs very happy! I absolutely love the look, power, size and rumble of the engine as I drive my Armada to preschool field trips and carpool line! I also love the looks I get from people eyeing the car and Im soooo happy to have a car that not only looks great, but also has power and chutzpah!

Stump Puller - 2004 Nissan Armada
By rshe - March 26 - 2:00 amHave had mine about 2 weeks now and love to drive it, when I can get it away from the wife. So far we have had a squeak in the overhead console (intermittent), car came with the tires overinflated by about 10lbs each and finally I popped the hood for the first time and found the oil dipstick sticking out about 2 inches.. Mainly minor QC issues that should have either been picked uo at the plant or the dealer. All in all, you have to love the power and handling on this beast.
