Overview & Reviews
All 2004 Jeep Libertys now feature a passenger-side grab handle and a power accessory delay feature, while Renegade models get additional rock rail protection and black accent body side moldings. New options include UConnect, Chrysler's hands-free in-vehicle communication system, a tire-pressure monitoring system and a cargo organizer. Safety is enhanced thanks to a system that unlocks doors, illuminates interior courtesy lights and shuts off the fuel pump after airbag deployment. A new trim -- the Jeep Liberty Columbia Edition -- has been introduced, offering 16-inch graphite-painted aluminum wheels; graphite-painted fascias and body moldings; body-colored fender flares; a sun roof; fog lamps; and Columbia badging.
- Extremely capable off-road, creative interior design, still a Jeep at heart.
- Thirsty at the gas pump, not as "carlike" on the street as most of its competitors.

Power Window Regulator - 2004 Jeep Liberty
By I did love my JEEP - May 20 - 6:23 pmFrom reading most of the reviews, everyone really likes this vehicle and so do I. There is one thing you need to know (and you can check it out on Google) The power window regulators have some parts made of plastic. This week was the third time my back windows broke (dropped down) First time it was under warranty. Second time dealer charged me $200 and I hope the third time will not be more than last time. Just thought you might want to check this out. I would trade it on a new one, but I understand they all have the same problem. Guess you could look at it this way. Seems only one breaks each year, Oh I forgot to tell you. The brake has nothing to do with use, they just drop down.Back to Shop

Go Liberty Go! - 2004 Jeep Liberty
By Miss Liberty - March 19 - 2:00 amI love driving my Libery and it is so comfortable on the highway. The ride is smooth and I feel like a Queen on the road. The gas mileage is a plus because I am not a heavy footed driver. In the snow/icy road conditions it is two thumbs up in getting me to my destination. I am just a happy and satisfied customer who loves her Jeep Liberty.

Jeep Liberty 2004 - 2004 Jeep Liberty
By mvansomeren - March 19 - 2:00 amFun and rugged. Jeep Liberty is the replacement for the Jeep Cherokee. Unlike the Cherokee, it has front wheel independant suspension. The ride is firm and solid, but not uncomfortable. It is as home on the road as off-road.

bad to good - 2004 Jeep Liberty
By nattasha - February 5 - 2:00 amI had a 2001 jeep cherokee sport, last year made, poor quality... could tell it was one of the last. Had a 1998 and the quality was much better. The liberty has a much more sound build. Things seem to fit better together. The comfort of the seats are also better. Gas, ulk I really thought it would be a little more efficient than it is. I really like it.

The Wifes Jeep - 2004 Jeep Liberty
By Ray Alex - January 31 - 10:00 amIt took a while to talk her away from a PT Cruiser, but shes glad I did. This is just a grwat little ride, but you have to remember it IS a Jeep. If you want a ride like a 300M then you should buy a 300M,

Jeep Man - 2004 Jeep Liberty
By Matthew W Odle - January 24 - 10:00 amI own a loaded Jeep Renegade now one year old. My family loves this Jeep although we dont care for filling up at the gas pumps. A few squeaks and rust spots on the wheels. Truly love this vehicle except for a few minor things.
