  • Problems - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Im having problems with my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The power windows dont work and the interior lights wont go off when headlights are on. It doesnt even seem like my 4 wheel drive even works. My mirrors wont work, everything is powered. I had a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Now that was a beautiful suv! Until a tree falls on it and totals it.I love Jeep but not sure about these problems. It may even be the dealships fault. Who knows.....

  • WOW! - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

This SUV is a blast! Sold my 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee after 165K, which only had minor issues. 2004 model has a more comfortable ride than my older one. V8 offers a lot of power off the line or merging into highway trafic. Youll be in the fast lane before you know it. I was shocked the first time I looked down at the speedometer and saw 80, thought I was doing 65. The Special Addition comes with all the bells and wistles of the Limited at a lower price point.

  • Pleasantly Surprised - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Having owned several SUVs in the past it was a surprise to find the quality and comfort the Grand offers. I spend a lot of time in my Jeep so the A/C, stero, and seats really mean a lot. The best keep secret is you can get a plain Grand with a V-8. It handles well and the fit is excellent. The Daimler crowd has done a nice job of fixing the past problems. I tried it off road and was surprised to find it handled well on dirt. Always owning 4X4s in the past it was hard to keep going, but I went safely into areas I would never try in some of the vehicles Ive owned. Overall it is a good package and offers more than I expected.

This vehicle is as good on road as it is off. We put alot of mileage on since purchasing it driving back & forth to florida, it gave us no problem at all considering in 5 months weve put on 28,000 miles!! the only small complaint we have is that during washing (a power washer was used)the paint on the bumper peeled off in one spot. The dealers here in florida assured us it could be repaired. But besides that, we absolutely love it!!!

  • Good buy for the money - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

We have a 1988 Cherokee Classic, and the improvements made to the Grand Cherokee rival other boulevard SUVs. With great performance off-road, and competitive handling/performance on street driving, the Grand Chaerokee is a good buy for the money.

  • 2004 Bundle of FUN - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Recently purchased a 2004 Grand Cherokee Columbia Edition from a friend. It is my second jeep and is in very good condition. It drives and handles awesome and handles the trails wonderfully. In addition, Monday - Friday I commute 40 miles one way to work and love the handling and size of this vehicle. 24 MPG would be ideal on the highways as I only get 21 at 70 MPH. Upgraded to Bridgetone REVO tires and the ride and handling is much better yet! Awesome truck will never sell!

Less than 9000 miles and Ive had it in twice for power steering problems. It will be going back for the same pboblem. The dealership appears to be unable to correct the problem. Gas mileage is poor, interior noise is much too high.

this is my 4th jeep. ive had a 92 cherokee, a 98 grand cherokee and a 99 grand cherokee. the performance seems very weak and my 99 has more pickup on road than this car. the interior design and features are nice however. i have had a gasket problem since ive had it and over the 5 years ive had my 99, ive had to take it in serveral times for air conditioning problems and transmission slippage

  • I love my jeep - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I just got my Jeep a few weeks ago and it is great. I absolutely love it! I decided to trade in a Saturn to get the Jeep because I live where we get lots of snow, so I can hardly wait to put it in 4WD. It is a great vehicle, and gas mileage isnt too bad for being an SUV.

  • Not too Happy - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

We have had the Jeep for 4 years now, loved the comfort and driving experience it gives on long rides. Now we are experiencing problems with the electrical windows and doors and interior lights. But still I like my jeep
