  • My Love For My Overland - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Buying my Jeep Overland is no doubt one of the smartest car decisions I have made. Its great for trips, however long or short they may be. So far, there hasnt been any problems with it, except for a minor leak in one of the tires. The only times it has been in the shop ate for the service checks or inspections, which it has always passed. Im proud of my Jeep, and its excellent performance.

I only have one complaint about me new jeep, outside noise. The engine noise seems to travel througout the cabin, as well as wind noise. Maybe they need to make a thicker window or better moldings!! Other than the noise issue,I love my jeep!!

  • Best car Ive owned - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

This has been the best car I have ever owned. It has 167,000 miles and all Ive ever had to do beside changing the oil, is put a new battery in it. It has been a good car and I would recommend a jeep to anyone!

We bought our Silver 2004 Ltd pre-owned from a dealer and have owned it for a little over 2 years now and we absolutely love it. Cool styling (best year in my opinion), awesome power and torque, very comfortable and pretty quiet on the highway w/o breaking the bank like an X5 or Rover. Has enough room for us w/ two adults, a 2 year old in a car set and two dogs in back. We put a Thule box on the roof for long hauls and were ready for anything! We are avid snowboarders an this Jeep motos in the snow, but the stock Goodyear Wrangler tires need to be replaced w/ something more all-weather capable. My brother-in-law drove ours and went out and bought an 05. Theyre contagious!

  • Offroader and Country Club in One - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Just picked up my Silver Limited and immediately took it on a a 400 mile trip. The Jeep performed above expectations. It rides like a champ on the interstate, and is easy to manuever in the city. It does have a little of a truck like ride, but hey it is an SUV - right? If you want a car ride, than I say, "Buy a Car!" I considered the Pilot, the Highlander, the 4- Runner, and the Pathfinder. Test drove them all a number of times and finally settled in on the JEEP as my favorite - no regrets!

  • Great Performance, Great Ride - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee
    By -

The editors here have sang this vehicles praises for off-road performance, but said its on the road ride was lacking. I found just the opposite true. The ride and comfort sold me over other makes. Responsive handling and more than enough horsepower. Wife drives it and she feels safe, loves the look and enjoys the creature comforts within. Shes happy...Im happy....

  • My first Jeep product - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Basic SUV not to be mistaken for a soccer mom urban assault vehicle. Even with comfort features like leather, sunroof and power seats, its still a SUV through and through. Besides the gas consumption, which gets better and better with each mile put on it. (Im up to 17 mpg!) Its not a car; f I wanted a car I would have purchased a car. Great SUV and even greater price.

  • Going strong - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

This is our 5th Chrysler product, my 2nd GC and 3rd jeep. Purchased it with 122,000 miles on it. The interior is quite luxurious, the paint is in excellent condition, engine compartment is clean. This GC is the Rocky Mountain edition. We looked at Suburus, Hondas, Nissans, Toyotas and Fords. In the end this used GC fit the bill for us. Everything else was way overpriced for the year and features. The 4.0L is a reliable engine, everything seems to function well. For the money we couldnt find a better value. When its time for repairs we know we wont pay an arm and a leg for parts since most of this jeep comes from the USA. We just finished an 800 mile road trip no issues.

  • Jeep keeps on top of the SUV heep! - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Just traveling around town to and from work to 20 hour jaunts across the country the vehicle is comfortable and fun to drive. Very versatile in interior hauling and excellent towing capability.
