XG 350l My Dream Car - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By jloatlanta - February 24 - 2:00 amI Love This car. I was in the market for a sonata but then saw this on the lot for two thousand more. It drives like a dream and everyone is always complimenting the design. I am very happy and would consider a Hyundai again.

After a long wait - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By agb - January 24 - 10:00 amMy last two cars were a Toyota Corolla, and a Toyota Camry. I would have purchased a Toyota Avalon. I waited two years for them to build one with black or dark grey interior. When a friend told me of his good fortune with Hundai, I decided to take a look. I am glad I listened and went with the Hundai.

my first car, XG350L - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By daeboo - January 18 - 10:00 amLooked around and test drove BMW, Lexus, Honda, and Camry. The sales people at those dealers werent reasonable and they just wanted my wallet. Went to a Hyundai dealer, no hassel, no pressure, and great people. XG350L had more standard features compared to other brands and it was an AWESOME value! After purchasing it, I drove to a mountain... handles & responds VERY well!

By george123 - January 1 - 10:00 amThis is one great car. ive had nissan maxima and bmw 530i.. this is yet the best car i have droven. sure it cant compare to bmw on the performance but for the price of one 530i i can buy 2 XG350L!!! so far i have not taken this car to service. everything is great so far, except it eats too much gas. in conclusion, hyundai has turned their bad reputation of 80s into better. hope to see them become next honda or toyota

Warranty Is Worthless - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By MrPitt - October 25 - 10:00 amI had a problem at 3200 miles resulting in excessive tire wear. The dealer refused to check the alignment. I took it to a local tire dealer who showed me feathering on all four tires. I payed for an alignment and called Hyundai USA the next day. Hyundai promised to reimburse me for the alignment. In the interim Michelin offered to replace all four tires for 30% of retail. Hyundai USA promised to investigate the tire wear. Two months later Hyundai refused to pay for the alignment or tires. Dont buy this car if you are counting on the warranty being a positive feature.

Too Much Trouble - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By DeeE - October 21 - 10:00 amI bought this car becasue it had a good rating and it was much less expensive than a Toyota Camray or a Honda Accord and was very well equipped for the money. It has a quiet and very smooth ride at the expense of handling. I have had nothing but serious pronblems with the car including replacing the transmission twice! The tires lasted less than 35K miles and the front brakes and rotors had to be replaced at 55K miles. The rotors were warped and the dealer would not turn them on warranty. It cost $815 to have the timing belt and serpentine belt replaced which must be done at 60K miles to keep the warranty. I had to replace the battery after 2 years and 1 month!

A few returns service - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By Kweez - August 8 - 2:00 amHave friend with XG300 that liked car. Tried XG350L and liked car. Had a few problems with car. Tranny went out at 30,000, dealer replaced. Took a couple of weeks, did get a new Sonata for loaner. Have had some problems with check engine and air bag lights comming on for a couple of days, then go off. Always seems to happen before I can get into dealer. Service manager at dealership has been very helpfull and good to deal with.

I Never Would Have Thought... - 2002 Hyundai XG350
By RGarner2@aol.com - July 19 - 2:00 amEveryone always asks me if it is a Lincoln, a Volvo or a Jaguar. Im proud to say its a Hyundai. Im a pretty knowledgeable consumer and my only concern in buying a Hyundai was reliability. Ive had no problems in 20,000 miles. It looks great, drives like a dream and is so full of features.
