We were looking at a Sonata or a Santa Fe and ended up with the XG350L instead. Greatest attraction was the shape and the color (white pearl) of the car. After test driving the car, we definitely were sold on it, specially when the Hyundai dealership (Hatfield) gave us a deal we cant refuse. With all the safety (abs, traction control, front and side airbags) included as standard on this vehicle, couple with the high torque V6 engine, plus the sunroof, power seats with memory, am/fm stereo cassette with CD, leather w/heated seats and side mirrors, this car would be thousands more compared to other mid-size vehicle. We feel that the car was the best car for value !!!

  • One Wonderful Car - 2002 Hyundai XG350

Much impressed by the compariosn of Elanta with Corolla with $4300 less, I made no mistake by choosing XG350L for Camry or Accord. Mine was a Demo car. It has every option already installed with $6000 less than its market price. What else it could wish for. With a price which could have fetched me fully loaded CIVIC, I got much much more than that. And with previous experince of Hyundai, I have no doubt about this one. I love it.

  • Bought 55 inch tv with money I saved - 2002 Hyundai XG350

I bought a 55 inch tv with money I saved by not buying the Toyota Avalon. Great car!!! Great price, awesome value, bought a titanium XG350L for for $22,040, invoice $23,200. Dealerships have some great incentives from Hyundai to sell volume.

We looked at several near-lux cars. The XG350L stood up to all of them for far less money with a better warranty. We got a very good price and a decent trade-in allowance for our old car. We also got Hyundai 2.9% financing for 48 months. It was the most pleasant buying experience and we have owned many cars over the years. The car is smooth and quiet, handles our rural roads very well and it a joy on the interstate. A very under-rated car! Car loafs along at higway speeds, about 2200 RPM at 70 mph! We got 24 MPG on first tank of gas with very spirited driving. A Lexus at 2/3 of the price!

  • Why pay more? - 2002 Hyundai XG350

When I was in the market for a sedan I went to more than 10 seperate test drives. I found that the only other cars that had both the luxury and performance of the XG350 usually cost 20%- 30% more money. To be totally honest, the BMW was the nicest I drove, but it was not TEN THOUSAND Dollars nicer than the XG. Then add in the 100,000 mile coverage and it was actually a no-brainer. I know people who bought Hyundais in the 90s and have heard bad things, but the XG series (introduced in 2001) has apparently learned from past mistakes. After a year and 14K miles, I would still recommend the XG350.

  • XG350L-Classy? Sassy? U bet yer chassis! - 2002 Hyundai XG350

I love my XG350L! ItÂ’s beautiful, feels solid, goes fast quietly, accelerates quickly, handles predictably and firmly -- yet with a comfortable ride on its heated, power, leather seats, has auto everything and looks and acts like a much more expensive car. I make excuses to go places just to get behind the wheel again! That faux wood looks great and feels wonderful inlaid in the leather-bound steering wheel. Everyone admires the car; this is a Hyundai? Yes! Drive it and judge for yourself.

  • Fun car to own and drive - 2002 Hyundai XG350

The first time my wife drove the new car, someone stopped her and asked about her new "Mercedes". When my son and daughter-in-law saw it, they thought it was a Porsche. We bought this car because it offers the luxury we want at a moderate price, plus a great warrenty. I love the Shiftronic transmission, which is close to straight drive, while wifey prefers the auto. The 3.5 has enough "pep" with the 5 speed to climb hills and pass easily. We have only had it a week, but are really enjoying it.

I prefer this car to any sedan on the road under $50,000! I have driven many. The car has excellent acceleration, handles very well, and is comfortable, although not as soft a ride or seats as some other competitors. There is just about every bell and whistle that one can think of, including seat warmers (not really necessary here in
