One of Hyundai's longest-running nameplates, the Santa Fe is a car-based crossover SUV aimed at buyers seeking the elevated ride height and useful cargo area of a traditional utility vehicle in an easy-to-drive package. Modern versions of the Hyundai Santa Fe are midsize with three rows of seating, quality cabin furnishings and user-friendly tech features. Earlier versions of the Hyundai Santa Fe range from compact to midsize in dimensions and have seating for five passengers.   This new Santa Fe is the fourth Hyundai we have bought - 2 Accents and 2 Santa Fes. Hyundai honors its 10-year warranty, although we have hardly had to use it. The Santa Fe is the first car I have had that I truly have enjoyed- all the cars I used to have were just transportation.

  I drove this car down the East Coast last week - performed flawlessly. Love the small perks - lumbar support, air filtration system, steering wheel radio controls, etc. Highly recommend - I get tons of compliments (got platinum sage w/ beige leather interior). Totally revamped from 2006 - I would go for 2007, even if it means waiting for the price to drop a bit - the redesign is worth it.

  We purchased this SUV three months ago. We are completely satisfied. We have only driven Fords for the last thirty years. Would not hesitate to purchase another Hyundai. We like everything about this SUV. It handles like a dream.

  I rented a santa fe for a week and was hooked, when I had to give up my Infinity I went to look at Hondas and other reliable cars and came upon a Hyundai at the Honda dealer and I loved it, the value for the money was so much better than any Honda they had on their lot. I took it even though it had high milage and never regreted it.

  I love this truck...If you are looking for a car like ride with the height of a truck, this vehicle is for you. The interior is roomy & comfortable. Compared this truck to the Ford Escape & Mazda Tribute....Drive all three, & you will buy the Hyundai like I did.

  Be aware the manufacture allows the local dealership to decide whether the car needs to be serviced under normal conditions or severe conditions. This could double the cost of ownership for you. This is according to a response I received from Hyundai.

  Ive been impressed. Being a long time Honda/Toyota buyer, I was somewhat skeptical about Hyundai. But what really drew me to the Santa Fe was its unique and bold styling..so I got one last fall. Its been an impressive experience for me ever since. Hyundais advertising claim, "Driving is Believing"...is reality. Once you drive one (especially the FWD version - sportier)...youll want to get one.

  After doing serious small SUV research,the Santa Fe came out on top! It is well built, solid and fun to drive. The warranty is great as well...Its almost like buying the warranty and getting the SUV for free. We are looking forward to buying another one in 7 years when my oldest son gets his drivers license.

  The one and only thing I wish this vehicle had was a little more pep. But dollar for dollar I think it is one of the best out there. I drove most all in this group before purchasing.
