Overview & Reviews
One of Hyundai's longest-running nameplates, the Santa Fe is a car-based crossover SUV aimed at buyers seeking the elevated ride height and useful cargo area of a traditional utility vehicle in an easy-to-drive package. Modern versions of the Hyundai Santa Fe are midsize with three rows of seating, quality cabin furnishings and user-friendly tech features. Whether you're shopping for a new or used Santa Fe, value is a big part of its appeal. The standard equipment list is generous, as is Hyundai's warranty coverage.
Earlier versions of the Hyundai Santa Fe range from compact to midsize in dimensions and have seating for five passengers. The 2007 and later models are a big step up in styling, performance and interior space, and they're worth considering if you're shopping for a used midsize crossover. Hyundai has since subdivided the Santa Fe line into two models: the two-row Santa Fe Sport and the three-row Santa Fe. The latter is more luxurious than its predecessors, offering premium styling and plenty of power.

My New Santa Fe - 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe
By Santa Fe SE - October 17 - 6:40 amAT first the look of the vehicle caught my eye . Then driving is very tight which I like. There is little to no leanning when taking turns, switchig lanes,(in city or highway)or cornering. The transmission is smooth and accurate. You can also have fun with the sport shift. 242 horse engine is quiet and snappy along with a quiet cabin. interior I found to be impressive wit plenty of room. Also it doesnt have the old boxxy SUV look.

Excellent vehicle - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By willenius - October 16 - 10:00 amWe had previously owneda Dodge Caravan Mini Van. We loved the vehicle but it was 6 years old and out of warranty and things were starting to break down. We could not afford another Dodge Mini Van. We had a Hyundai in the past that lasted us 11 years and 140,000 miles and had a 7 year warranty and it was wonderful and affordable, so, we went back to Hyundai and bought the Santa Fee, we feel it has more standard features that are extra on other makes. We love it!! Keep up the good work!

We like it - 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe
By Mkelly - October 16 - 10:00 amWe like everything about the Santa Fe, espcially the price and warranty. It performs well, has a high clearence underneath the vehicle which an SUV is supposed to have, unlike alot of other brands. You can go off road with this vehicle, gas milage could be better. It is well built and comes standard with eletric windows, locks, alarm, fog lights and audio system with CD- player. A great buy and deal for anyone.

Not a bad car at all! - 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe
By jourdanrose - October 16 - 10:00 amThe pick up on highways is awful! City driving is just fine. My very tall children fit quite nicely in the back seat and the drivers seat is spacious and comfortable. I have the v6 model and the gas milage is average. I also purchased the full 10/100,000 warranty and for a single mom it gives me peace of mind.

Best in Class and Price - 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe
By dracula - October 14 - 10:00 amAfter 4 years of searching and researching options, I finally decided on the Hyundai. I recently took it for a short vacation trip to Helen, Ga, which is in the mountains and I was certainly glad I bought the 6 cylinder. I never had a power issue climbing the medium grade hills in that area. I got exceptional gas mileage; at least the advertised mileage but then I was not in a hurry to get there and did the posted speed limits and didnt gun it at lights or stop signs to get "of the line". It was very quiet and comfortable. The XM radio was nice, however, it did cut out along the shaded tree roads. The accelerator takes a little time to get use to. It does seem to jump a little.
