One of Hyundai's longest-running nameplates, the Santa Fe is a car-based crossover SUV aimed at buyers seeking the elevated ride height and useful cargo area of a traditional utility vehicle in an easy-to-drive package. Earlier versions of the Hyundai Santa Fe range from compact to midsize in dimensions and have seating for five passengers. Hyundai has since subdivided the Santa Fe line into two models: the two-row Santa Fe Sport and the three-row Santa Fe.   This vehicle is the best Ive owned in years, next to my 1972 Monte Carlo. Roomy and user friendly, Id buy another one in a heartbeat.

  We bought this 2002 GLS AWD last month with 53,000 miles on it. We had a Honda CRV before this. We like the power and comfort. Hyundai makes a great car for the money. Our other car is a 2001 Hyundai xg300, we have had very good luck with it. The dealers dont always want to honor the warranty but a call to Hyundai usually soles any problem. Would reccomend this vehicle over a Toyota or Honda they are overrated and overpriced!

  I love my Santa Fe. Just the right size, sassy and efficient, she (doesnt she look like a she?) has been reliable, affordable and just down right fun.

  This is the first foreign auto I have ever owned. I found it be very satisfactory in every respect. It performs in every way that the manufacture says it will. Im also very happy with the way it looks and handles.

  I owned a 2002 Santa Fe and then traded up to a 2004. I absolutely love it. Its great on gas and I love the design, not boxy like the other SUVs

  Honestly, i was iffy about getting a hyundai at first, but it seems they have improved a lot over the years. I just bought my Sante Fe this afternoon, and its great! I love the interior!! I was comparing it to my friends 07 Infiniti G35. All I know is I love my interior better!! Love the heated seats, dashboard light dimmers, and all that space in the trunk. Not to mention how smooth it drives. I was lucky enough to get my Limited Edition for a very good price. All I can say is that Im extremely satisfied... for now atleast! Let me drive it around for another year or so and Ill be back with more info.

  Couple of things to watch for before you buy - 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe

  The beige dashboard panels glares horribly off the windshield. Check this out before you buy. Maybe you can ignore it - I cant. I have put a black towel over the panel to the left of the steering wheel to knock out the glare. And awful blind spots, particuarly on the drivers side. I had to put a "blind spot mirror" on outside mirror. Hyundai should be put in those "blind spot warning lights" in the future. These are the only two things I have to say against this car. Otherwise, I love it.
