Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • goodbye camry...hello accord - 2006 Honda Accord

being a toyota owner for many years (since 1980) it was going to be hard to put me behind the wheel of anything else. by late january i sort of desperately needed a vehicle, and with the knowledge of the 2007 camry coming out this spring i figured i would wait till then. when toyota finally released the car at the detroit auto show i was not impressed. i thought the current camry was somewhat "whale like"but the new model left me wanting more. so, i went down to my local honda dealer and looked at the accord se. made the purchase and have never been happier with a new car purchase. i now consider myself a honda guy and cant say enough about how this car pleases me.if you dont believe me get CR.

  • Best Honda Ive ever owned - 2013 Honda Accord

What a great car. Traded my 09 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 for this car. Opted for the 4 cylinder CVT, and Im not missing any power. Its super quiet and comfortable. Feels like Im driving a much higher-end car. Didnt get the NAV, 2k more for it and salesperson advised because she said eventually AHA is going to offer it. And I have an iphone so whats the point. Gave me a $3500 off bc I traded in a honda for a honda, same dealership too. Didnt like the previous sedan model appearance at all, so I thought I would have to get the coupe, but I love the sportiness of the sedan. Great product and great company

Own the V6 Coupe Auto for 6 months now. Only 4k miles so far and no problems or compliants and gas mpg and power is awesome. Safety technology on this car is great.

  • Impressions after 2 weeks - 2005 Honda Accord
    By -

Ive had the car for only two weeks now, but have formed some initial impressions. Pros: Quiet engine and smooth ride, almost no wind noise at highway speeds; gorgeous interior styling and color coordination (in Ivory leather); tilt/telescope steering wheel; comfortable, highly adjustable, heated drivers seat; fantastic satellite radio with controls in steering wheel; plenty of power at higher RPMs. Cons: questionable sales tactics by Honda dealer; just adequate power at lower RPMs; nasty creak/squeek at base of windshield over sharp bumps; a couple misaligned plastic pieces in console; tinny sounding when little rocks thrown up by tires hit underbody; high-pitched sound when playing CDs

  • Feels Cheap - 2003 Honda Accord
    By -

I bought the 2003 Accord LX with 27,000 miles on it. Now it has 30,000 miles on it, and I am regretting my decision. The car as a whole seems cheap. The dash has a loud rattle. The glass in front of the gauges is not glass but cheap plastic. The material used for the entire exterior of the car is very thin and goes in with even the slightest pressure.

I picked up my car Saturday. I love being in it and driving. Its a comfortable ride, and looks great. I would definitely recommend this car for the money. I purchased the taffeta white with the tan interior, it looks so luxurious. I love it!

  • An appliance with class - 2008 Honda Accord

Well, the 08 Accord (LX 4 cyl) is an awesome car. Honda delivers again. Except...its just ugly. The engine is the most refined in its class, maybe the world, the build quality is polished, and the transmission/chassis is superb. But it looks like something my grandma might buy if she wanted something "young and hip". Recently drove a new Malibu, and am hooked. Seriously considering a trade.

  • Good Car - 2006 Honda Accord

The Accords ride is rough with alot of road noise on rough roads. The interior is well laid out. For the price of the car, there are many safety features with airbags front, side and rear side bags. The 4 cylinder gas mileage has been exceptional around 34-38 mpg driving on the highway going anywhere fron 65 - 80 mph.

This is my first Honda and Im loving it so far! The pick up is good but that 18.5 gallon tank lets you know when you accelerate. Getting about 20 mph and hopes that gets better. Wish the colors were better with matched with the interior and exterior colors offered. Where is the Navy or dark not Royal Blue and that is not Red that is Wine.

  • Love this car - 1993 Honda Accord
    By -

I just sold my 99 Passat and needed cheap transportation until I find the convertible of my dreams. I bought this one owner car with the original tires (replace yesterday due to rubber rot). What a sweet car, I have people beggin me to sell her to them. It didnt look so great under the car port with two flat tires, dead battery and an inch of dirt but today she looks like a brand new 9 year old car.
