Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Accord EXV6 w/leather, nav - 2003 Honda Accord
By rkymntsno - February 28 - 10:00 amThe 3 cars I was looking at was the Infiniti I35, Acura TL-S and the Accord. The Accord won out! $6000 less but no sacrifice on comfort or performance. Plus, regular gas with 240 hp is a plus w/30MPG!!!! Navigation system is outstanding! Best in the business.

Amazing Value! Never fails to impress - 2003 Honda Accord
By Dinosaurius - February 28 - 10:00 amTHANK YOU VW! Thats not a typo. I say this because had the VW Passat not been so good, Honda would not have redesigned the new Accord to compete so impressively well. The Passat has been an eye- opener in the family car segment combining a high-quality luxurious feel with better-than- average-family-car driving dynamics. Had Honda not risen to the challenge, wed be driving the Passat right now. Instead, with this new-generationAccord, we have all that is good with the Passat and Altima (horsepower!) but combined with Hondas typical efficiency and infallible reliability. After a long line of VWs, Audis and Benzes, this is our first Honda. It wont be our last.

Brakes, Squeaks, and remote battery - 2008 Honda Accord
By Ricky - February 27 - 8:26 pmRear pads replaced at 30,0000 miles and I am easy on brakes. Remote battery dies in one year. Car rattles but Honda dealer cant find it. Very uncomfortable seat; metal bar in seat ripped through padding and fabric. Not up to Hondas reputation.

Disappointed... - 2005 Honda Accord
By Disappointed... - February 27 - 12:10 amI have been averaging 18-19 mpg in the first 600 miles. I thought this car was 24/34, at least thats what was written on the sticker window. I am also disappointed with the tight steering wheel. I prefer a looser and easier steering at all times. I wonder if any of you folks are getting this as well.

Honda Accord Homerun - 2018 Honda Accord
By Bill - February 25 - 9:27 pmKnow what others paid for it before going to the dealer. Check out Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima too! Accord 2018 is really a sharp looking car. I love the technology like lane departure and auto high beams and blind spot, cross traffic, etc. I have the Touring and I love it so far.

Wonderful car - 2005 Honda Accord
By Keith Lefevre - February 25 - 2:53 pmI test drove this car, plus the 05 Acura TL, and the 05 Honda Civic Hybrid. I immediately dropped the Civic because I wanted more performance, interior room, and luxury feel. The TL was great! I was close to getting it. What pushed me over the fence to get the Accord instead was its fuel economy. In the past 5,500 miles, Ive averaged 27 city, 39 hwy, and once I even got 48 MPG! I love this car and would recommend it to anybody. The suspension is smooth, yet sporty. The power is awesome. Handling is great. Very quiet ride. All controls are easily reached. Fit and finish are excellent. I even love the color! I would buy this car all over again if I had to.

What an awesome car! - 2009 Honda Accord
By Brian C. - February 25 - 1:43 pmAfter buying my first new Honda (CRX in 89 which I loved), I couldnt wait to buy Honda again after owning several other brands. This car gets so many looks and compliments--its often mistaken for a BWW or Lexus! Im so glad I chose the V6 model-the power is incredible..also the silver door handles give it a nice quality touch. The temperature and audio controls can be somewhat complicated at first, but I am starting to get used to them. Everything is explained in the manuals, so read up! The heated seats are a nice welcoming feel on a cold winter day. Great job Honda! What an improvement over the previous body style (yawn).

Best Value on the Road - 2014 Honda Accord
By Will - February 25 - 9:10 amI had a Jeep Wrangler before buying this. I was scared that I would hate sitting low to the ground. I didnt think I would like a 4 cylinder. Man, was I wrong. This thing accelerates quickly, it has the gas mileage I was looking for. It has awesome lines. I love driving it. Im glad I made the switch!

Another perfect Accord - 2005 Honda Accord
By Steven - February 25 - 8:10 amBought this Accord to replace a BMW 325...really dont miss the BMW. As a former 95 Accord driver, I was wary of the auto shift quality, but the new 5-speed is a huge improvement. 4-cyl power is great, if you think you need a V6, youre probably wrong. (V6 would be nice on long freeway upgrades, thats about it). Handling is decent, definitely not sharp like the BMW, but the tires are made for mileage, not grip. Brakes are so-so, an area Honda could definitely address next time around. Amazing seats, almost as good as Volvos Ive ridden in, and thats saying something. Only regret is I wish Id shelled out for the EX with Leather...this car is actually worth the splurge...

Good car with major flaw - 2015 Honda Accord
By Jim M. - February 24 - 4:08 pmThis is my 4th Honda always loved Honda and the current generation is good car but ruined by subpar suspension.Honda really dropped the ball on this putting such a poor suspension in such a nice car is a special kind of stupid obviously motivated by bottom line.Honda s/b ashamed offering a car with such a serious issue.
