Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

I have owned 7 Hondas, 5 Hondas in last 5 years; I certainly will buy an 07 if there is a design improvement and more horses. I get lots of compliments and stares. I enjoy honda cars because they are reliable, and have a good resale value, safety features, and they make a quality product. I have never experienced any problems with any of the vehicles I owned.

Coming from 1991 Civic LX fuul version,153K. This car is powerful (Honda, are you guys sure its a 4 cyl?), confortable, fun to drive, good sound system (CD player+ 2 speakers, good AC (Texas here), classy looks. Only think Im a little bit dissapointed is about some rattling/cracking noises in the sunvisors area.(on bumpy roads) It seems that the padding there is a bit loosen.Dealer promised to fix it on its first service.(3750 Miles)

Great car, the styling and ergonomics are good. I like the availability of a 5 speed manual trans. The day I bought the car I took it on a 700 mile road trip and got 37 miles per gallon. Not bad for a fullsize car. The car is quiet and handles great. Just what Id expect from a Honda.

Honda is the number one import in my opinion, especially now that I have purchased the latest model Accord. I have now learned why they have been labeled the number one import vehicle.

I just finished my first tank of gas in this car. It lasted 2.5 weeks and I got just over 30mpg with mixed driving. This car has nice power and drives smooth as silk at all speeds up to 85 (fastest I have driven it to date). The automatic transmission shifts smoothly and evenly during acceleration. The engine purs at 2500RPM at 75mph. The graphite pearl looks great on the vehicle. Also the LED tail lights look great. Interior is roomy and looks nice. Especially like the conveniant CD compartment under the radio. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for fuel economy as well as nice performance (handling and power).

  • Fun car, lacking a little oomph. - 2006 Honda Accord

This is my first car. Its a great first car: safe, reliable, relatively stylish. I regret getting the 4 cylinder engine though. Gas mileage is great, but it lacks the extra oomph I like on the highway or simply starting off at a green light. The interior is beautiful - I got all of the features and the navigation is extremely easy to use. In conclusion: great coupe! Great first car! If you like speed and power, get the V6.

  • Solid car - 2004 Honda Accord

Ive had this car for almost 2 years. I needed a car to drive to work and got a great deal on a manual trans in Nov 2004. For the price you wont find anything better with the features. However, a few things are not great. The paint chips very easily, within months of owning it I had a few chips on the hood. The front windshield has 2 cracks from small debris flying on the highway. The breaks vibrate a lot when stopping at high speed, ive had this since day 1. I bought this car because I really liked the exterior/interior design, build quality, reliability and resale value hondas are known for.

  • Well it did stall out at a dive thru... - 2016 Honda Accord

Overall I like the car very much. I have 900ish miles on it. I need to take it to the dealership because last week it felt a little funny when I needed to quickly accelerate in traffic. (I gunned it) then 10 minutes later I was at a drive thru window and it felt like it was going to start sputtering and then it just shut off. It started right up and I got home with no issues. Otherwise I like the ride of the car, the interior is nice although I would like more storage. I really like the navigation in the car. I typically default to my phone and Google Maps because most navigation systems are a pain but this one is easy and up to date.
