Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

A BMW 750 in a Honda - 1999 Honda Accord
By datechboss101 - April 26 - 11:10 pmThis is the best car I have ever owned and driven. My dad purchased this car new in March of 1999 and still runs like we bought it new from the dealership. I happened to grow alongside by this car, and which it has been there for me. Now I am learning how to drive, this car has literally saved my life from stupid mistakes that beginning drivers make. While it has 150 horses paired to a 4-speed, this car is one heck of a car to drive-- fun, attractive, etc. I have no issues and no problems with this car other than regular maintenance. I would totally recommend this car to anyone that wants a stylish car and a car the literally wants to live every single day.

Fast, inexpensive, and fun! - 2002 Honda Accord
By jodokast - April 26 - 12:43 amThis Accord is the 4th Ive owned in my life, in addition to my 99 CR-V. The coupe has a lot of room, front and rear, and the seats are very comfortable. The engine is very responsive and great accelerating at higher speeds for passing. The gas mileage is great for a V-6. Leave it to Honda to deliver a perfect coupe without depleting your finances.

What a car - 2005 Honda Accord
By Ddavis - April 25 - 10:00 amOwn an 02 Accord which is an outstanding car. Just bought and 05 for my wife and am very impressed on Hondas improvements to an outstanding 02 design. Im a hard grader not believing something can get all "10s" but this car is outstanding. Bigger and quieter engine, better mileage, very comfortable interior, repositioning of gauges and displays which shows they are continually listening to customers driver comments. The XM radio is an outstanding feature. Cant say enough good things about this car. Looked at many competitiors vehicles as we wanted the best value for our money and a car we can continually rely on. This is it. Check out the 05, youll be impressed.

Nearly Perfect - 2004 Honda Accord
By Easy rider - April 25 - 10:00 amOverall a fantastic vehicle. Has been driven from Tennessee to Michigan and Florida getting 34MPG at 73 miles an hour. Has the power and smoothness of a V6. Extremely comfortable on long trips.

Best sedan for the money - 2004 Honda Accord
By Bruley - April 25 - 10:00 amFirst experience with a Honda but wont be the last. Have owned American cars for the past few years but the Honda is far better in build quality, handling and resale. Love the acceleration of the V-6.

Honda Accord Hybrid - 2005 Honda Accord
By David Parrish - April 25 - 5:20 amThe shift from gas to electric assist is seamless. Initially, its seems strange to pull to a stoplight and the engine shuts-off when you break. As soon as you touch the accelerator, the car takes off like a vehicle with a regular gas engine. The drive is smooth with plenty of power for any condition weve experienced.

Excellent Initial Quality - 2005 Honda Accord
By Don Orchard - April 24 - 7:23 amIve had two weeks to scrutinize the car and it is extremely tight with no noticeable flaws in materals or contruction. The engine is a delight. With the manual transmission, it never feels underpowered. Too soon to tell what kind of mileage it will deliver. Best feature of all, the wonderfully comfortable front seats. Ive owned many cars and never found more comfortable than these. (leather)

Get it - 2006 Honda Accord
By honda - April 23 - 11:23 amGreat car, accelerates fast, has a lot of leg room. Im six foot with really long legs and this is one of the few cars that I could fit into. Was looking at Camry, Corolla, and Civic. The Accord was most comfy and roomy for me. We got a great price too, only $700 more for the Accord than the Civic, while the Accord has so much more to offer!
