Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

Cant believe its a Honda! - 2008 Honda Accord
By Jimmy G. - June 9 - 5:36 amIve been driving pure sports cars for years (last one a 350Z and the one before that a twin-turbo RX7) and when Honda showed the new coupe in January 2007, I read all about it. I knew I had to have one, especially as the car has fwd and Ive suffered through winter driving for years. Ordered my blue coupe in August and waited, waited. Finally in November the dealer traded for a car just like the one I wanted except it had a different color interior. Well, I fell in love with it and took it because I wanted it so badly. Boy, it sure didnt disappoint! This car sure isnt the run-of-the-mill Honda. My son owns a 2005 Accord Coupe with 4 cylinder and a 5-speed, and my car puts his to shame!

Loving My 1998 Honda Accord EX - 1998 Honda Accord
By Mike Henley - June 9 - 2:00 amI bought my white 1998 Honda Accord EX (leather) about a month ago and DAMN I love it. Bought it with 76,000 miles on it but the car is friggin amazing. Its only a V-4 but it has some decent pickup for a V-4 Ill have to admit. Car rides great, smooth as ever. Trunk space is awesome, alloy wheels are hot looking, and white looks classy! Sunroof is a great feature, really love this car! My first car by the way and damn I love it. Changing the oil every 3,000 miles to make sure it lasts well past the 200,000 mile mark.

NEw Accord - 2004 Honda Accord
By easy-e - June 7 - 10:00 amTraded in an 03 Pilot for the 04 Accord. GREAT gas mileage and nice quiet ride. Enough room for the family of 4. Seems very european in the exterior design. Love the dash and the gauges. Stereo could use more power. The driver seat in the cloth LX is kinda lumpy and not very comfortable, Iam 6ft 220lbs. Still is one of the best near luxo cars for the money. Next car might be the EX-V6 w/ leather

3rd Honda in my garage - 2004 Honda Accord
By 737-pilot - June 7 - 10:00 amThis is the 3rd Honda in my garage (4th if you count my lawnmower) and I am pleased with the over-all build quality of the car. Acceleration is excellent. The XM stereo sound even impresses my 16 year-old twin sons---not easily done. Suddenly, dad has the cool car! With the tilt wheel and power seats it easy to find a comfortable driving position. Trunk space is a little on the short side, but we have an Odyssey if we really need to haul. With out a doubt I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this vehicle.

Has its good points.... - 2005 Honda Accord
By Kurtis M - June 7 - 10:00 amThe car feels very solid and engine performance is EXCELLENT!! This is our second Honda but unfortunately our last. I was quite hesitant on purchasing it as it was manufactured in OHIO. The overall quality is below average. I replace the brakes approximately every 10k miles and Honda states this isnt their problem yet there are several accords always in for brakes daily. Side airbags deployed when a rock flew under the vehicle (several NHTSA complaints on this) Window fell in the door. When started cold, I sometimes get a rough idle and it shuts off and I have to restart it. I think Honda is going downhill pretty quickly!

By dharris417 - June 7 - 7:10 amStylish car that is fun to drive. Multiple controls on steering. Roomy interior that is confortable and adjustible to fit people of every size. Reliable service. The V-6 will merge into traffic without the fear of getting ran over.

Dodah - 2008 Honda Accord
By Carl Ivey - June 6 - 9:00 pmMy second Accord after driving a 98 Accord over 200,000 miles. I am pleased although there is some road noise and the headlights flicker. MPG is from 28 to 30, mixed driving.

Peppy 4-cyl, like the design - 2009 Honda Accord
By volvowner - June 6 - 1:20 pmIve owned a few Accords, and this one is the most fun to drive. The 4-cyl engine has plenty of power for everyday driving, with surprising acceleration off the line. Honda is not typically known for its attractive designs -- usually you had to go to Acura for that -- but the coupe is pretty sharp looking. So far the car has been everything I expected and more. The coupe has some compromises in back seat room, and its unfortunate that Honda doesnt offer a fully adjustable drivers seat unless you get the leather package. Road noise is always an issue with Hondas, and this ones no exception even though it has the noise canceling feature (great idea, cant hear much effect).
