Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • I LOVE MY ACCORD SPORT!! - 2013 Honda Accord
    By -

I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord Sport Sedan on 10/15/2012. This is my first Honda and Im very happy to have made the switch. I was on the fence between this and the 2013 Toyota Camry. I really felt the Accord was the best value for my money and long term use.

  • Best car out there - 2003 Honda Accord

I love this car! This is my first time buying a new car and I couldnt be happier with my decision. I am so glad I sprung the extra few bucks to get the leather interior, it looks 100 times better than the cloth interior and is extremely comfortable. This car drives great, runs smoothly and to top it off looks so sleek. I especially enjoy the controls on the steering wheel. I love driving my Accord and almost wish I could live in it.

Just traded my 2003 Civic Lx for the Accord. The Accord EX V6 (4door) is a great car. The car has great pick up and a very smooth ride. I love all of the features on the EX. Love this car so far.

  • Red Honda - 1993 Honda Accord

Ive had the Honda for 7 years and it has performed beautifully. Only oil changes, one brake linning job, new windshield wipers, tires - only one major repair: carborator

  • Love the V6 6M coupe - 2008 Honda Accord

50 days of ownership, and I absolutely love to drive it. The V6 power is such a push-you-into-your-seat contrast to my previous 20 years in 4 cylinder Hondas. A lot of fun to drive. Engine acceleration growl is noticeable (and kinda cool) in the lower gears but not while cruising. Wind and road noise dont seem loud to me, nor completely bubble-quiet either. Black leather interior is very classy and plastic trim is nice. Nav system is handy for people like me that get lost easy, plus great for finding nearest gas stations, etc. Just wish it could show my iPod song details (and control it). Have had many compliments on the looks. My neighbor thought I had bought a Mercedes coupe

  • Better than older Accords but worse also. - 2008 Honda Accord

Not the same as a late 1990s Honda Accord. I do not think this cat will get to 200000 as easily or cheaply as my 1997 Honda Accord sedan 4 cyl/ manual trans car,

  • The best car that I ever purchased. - 2005 Honda Accord

Ive purchased four hondas prior to buying the Accord EXL, and each one had there own special touch to them. But what makes the Accord EXL unique is when I take a road trip. There is nothing like it, I mean its like youre dreaming. You cant feel the road or hear the vehicle when its going down the highway. Thank God for XM radio, because it makes all the difference when you cant decide which CD to listen to.

  • Very good car - 2008 Honda Accord

Bought new. After 30,100 miles have 50% left on front and rear brakes and 40% left on original tires. Tires are rotated every spring. Note that i am easy on the car. Trouble with the power seat track on drivers side which has been fixed. Slight rattle with glove box...thats it. I have had two new v6 Hondas since 1999 and have found them to be very reliable. I cannot speak about the 4 cylinder brakes, or OEM tires. You take care of the car and it will take care of you. Brake hard and late and drive race car style and expect to replace the parts faster.

  • As Expected - 2005 Honda Accord
    By -

Ive put 9000 miles on my Accord so far, and it has been exactly what I expected. Many of these reviews have talked about the mileage, Im not sure what they expected from a car with 250+ HP. I get 22-27 in the city depending on traffic and season. I take frequent long road trips and drive about 70 MPH on average, and get about 35 MPG...if I drove 60 Id probably be closer to 40 MPG. When I drive the car I feel like I am driving a well built quality machine. The sound system is very good. Bottom line is you get reliablity, comfort, and muscle, while getting better than average MPG, esp compared to other cars with this much HP.
