Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

2003 Honda Accord - 2003 Honda Accord
By Thomas Carey - February 10 - 10:00 amThe handling and pickup of the redesigned Accord is great. Also that the new V6 gets the same MPGs as my 4 Cyl 2000 Accord is pretty amazing. My passengers say the read seating area seating is very comfortable for long drives. The number of built in features added to the car was impressiave. There were very few things to add to the car.

Wow! What a car! - 2003 Honda Accord
By ppnff - February 10 - 10:00 amBeing a previous 1996 Honda Accord owner, I had looked at other competitors (Camry-boring suspension and underpowered, TSX-too expensive, Maxima-not sure about new design). Ultimately, I went back to the Accord based on resale value, mileage, low maintenance costs, and reliability.

good value - 2010 Honda Accord
By JoshK - February 6 - 10:00 pmI was deciding between this, the Genesis Coupe, and the Camaro. I ended up buying the Accord Coupe for the history of reliability. Im not brave enough to buy a Camaro or genesis in their first year of production. Im not a huge car guy, but I do think performance is more important than comfort, especially for a machine that has transportation as its primary function. Which is why it was a huge disappointment that I couldnt get the V6 engine unless I also paid for unnecessary luxuries like leather, heated seats, dual zone climate control, etc. So I settled for the I4 engine. Its fine on the highway but the acceleration is weak (which I realized on my test drive). Oh well.

So I bought the Hybrid - 2006 Honda Accord
By Barry - February 6 - 8:53 amI have been a long time owner of Accords. When they went to a 6 cylinder I was right there. Getting my hybrid was a chore but I finally got one and overall I am very happy with it. However there are a couple of quirks. 1. when the car shuts down (foot on brake) and you then move foot off the brake, you feel as if the transmission is going (feel a clunk). 2. Where is the gas mileage savings... Its just a drop above the regular 6. All things considered.. next car might be the regular 6.

Excellent - 2003 Honda Accord
By Robyn - February 5 - 12:20 pmThis car is amazing. Its so fast and so quiet. The interior has everything you can ask for... heated seats, all power, leather. This car is worth every penny. I had a previously had a 2003 civic. Everytime I accelerated it sounds like an old man trying to move. It was so loud and slow. This Accord car is one of Hondas best.

Great Sedan, would purchase again! - 2008 Honda Accord
By Josh - February 4 - 11:43 amThe car is fabulous, both inside and out. Im currently at 4,500 miles and the MPG gets better at each fill up. I drive 80-90% HWY, and am now starting to get almost 31 MPG. The first fill I got 28 MPG and then it was 29 MPG and last time was 30.5 MPG. Another great thing is oil changes, my dash indicator says 60% engine oil still available until it needs changed. Im under the assumption that I can go up to 10,000 miles before my 1st oil change!

A little disappointed - 2004 Honda Accord
By Exec - February 4 - 10:00 amYou cant beat a Honda. We know we got a car that will carry us through, but were a little disappointed with what seems to be sloppy engineering of the interior and inattention to fine details (see below).

ok? - 2008 Honda Accord
By Carl - February 1 - 5:16 pmI love that Honda decided to get with the times and update the look of the 08 Accord but its obvious that they didnt do enough research in to what consumers really want and need in a 25- 30k car. I had the 07 Camry XLE and like my accord more.
