Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

One year with Honda Accord Ex-6 - 2003 Honda Accord
By trephil - September 11 - 10:00 amSwitching to the Accord following 6 years driving a Subaru Legacy sedan, I thought I would really miss the security of all-wheel drive, but I have suffered no such loss. The road feel is excellent. [I switched to Honda because the refinements of the Legacy after six years were truly disappointing.Didnt even boast a remore button for the trunk lid.]In the past year we have driven several long trips and have ended each in great spirits, experiencing absolutely no driving fatigue.

Best Sports Coupe under $30,000 - 2003 Honda Accord
By MattOhio1 - September 11 - 10:00 amAfter looking at a variety of cars over the past several months, including Altima V-6, Mazda6, Subaru WRX I stumbled upon the Honda dealership who had a brand new Black Honda Accord EX V-6 6 speed on the lot. I was blown away as soon as a stepped into the drivers seat. The car was so luxurious compared to all the previously mentioned cars. When I pulled away from the dealership and put my foot into it I was rewarded with a European sports sedan growl. I was gone no longer than 10 minutes but I bought the car as soon as I returned.

fun to drive love the car - 2003 Honda Accord
By rhfoster - September 11 - 10:00 amonly one thing i dislike about the car. It has only one hook in the back seat area for hanging clothes. So you can not use a hanging bar .. and I do a lot of traveling..

Awesome new car - 2006 Honda Accord
By zuffy - September 10 - 11:30 pmI bought the 2006 Accord EX-L with navi to replace my stolen 95 Accord EX. I cant believe how much technology have grown since my last car. The car is extremely fun to drive. Handles well, performance is great for a 4 cylinders, all the buttons are easily accessible. The moonroof is very slow to open/close though. I can open & close my moonroof in my 95 Accord approx. 3-4 times before the 06 completely opened or closed.

Worse new car purchase in decades - 2017 Honda Accord
By S.E. - September 7 - 3:31 pmOwned for 13 months with 20K miles. I buy new cars every 3 years, this one has been the worse in a couple of decades. Honda warranty sucks, everything that goes wrong mechanically and electrical seems not to be covered plus they provide no loaner cars under warranty. Seating flattens out on any trip of length, driver door requires you to reach way out of the car to reach and shut. Inside electronics look nice but... layout is horrible taking your eyes off the road to use the few that work in operation even simple things like heat and air. This is the worse driver friendly car during operation I have ever owned plus spending over $1K in repairs the first year of warranty. Prior car was a 2013 Altima, that car was superior to the accord in all facets. it was never in the shop other that oil for $80K miles and very user/driver friendly.

Great Value. Great ride for its class - 2005 Honda Accord
By B.C. - September 7 - 10:50 amPaid $17988.00 including destination. Enjoying a comfortable ride. ABS is good, but not excellent. Transmission is as smooth as they come. The highway ride is an A. Cornering could be a bit better. For every day performance I would rate this 4cyl.a # 9 Handled well in rain storm. This car is worth considering, noise is not an issue. Wish me luck. I am counting on Hondas reputation!

Nice ride for the $$$ - 2008 Honda Accord
By Bill - September 6 - 3:56 amOverall experience has been very good. The cars ride and styling are very nice. I do have to agree with other reviews in several areas, excessive road noise and the VCM is very noticeable. If I could turn off the VCM I would and sacrifice the 1 mpg. Come on Honda...would installing a little insulation for the road noise hurt your bottom line that much.

Honda makes a great car. - 2002 Honda Accord
By Czarkat - September 5 - 2:00 amI am very happy with Honda and their service. I have had zero mechanical issues. The only con of this vehicle is the rattles in the sunroof. I have found rust on the door flashing (the shiny trim)and the dealership fixed it immediately with no fuss. I also found rust on the lugnuts and they were also completely replaced with no problems. This car has exceeded my expectations and is a very reliable, trouble-free vehicle that also looks good.

My thrid new Honda and not my last... - 2004 Honda Accord
By garciawj - September 5 - 2:00 amGreat car. New design and a lot of little goodies have been added to keep this car up to speed with the competition. My last Honda was a 2000 V6 Accord. All I ever did was oil changes and new brakes. The car was a dream and I anticipate this 04 Accord will be no different.
