Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Best All Round Midsize Sdn - 2003 Honda Accord

Drove most cars in this class before buying Accord. Conservative exterior, but classy. Roomy interior has superior quality, more cubbyhole room than I know what to do with. Man trans performs better than the AT, smoother than other cars. Solid ride, little body roll in turn/brake. Ride is comfy enough for my wife to like(not an easy task). It has more engine noise than Taurus. Price($18K) is the best for what I want. Sad that a similar Camry cost more than the Taurus I liked. MPG is supreme. Engine performance better than Altima 2.5S (ease/broader range of power). New 4cyl better than previous Accords

I got the dealer installed AC and got a pretty good deal out of it. I have noticed the stiff suspension on the DX but havent driven the LX to compare it with. There is a little more road noise as compared to our 99 camry. The 4 cylinder is powerful enough for this car but after 9000 miles i have noticed the growl of the engine getting louder.

The accord is everything rolled into one. It is fast, fun, and powerful yet dependable and you tend to forget that it is a family sedan. Sure if I had more money I would buy a Lexus, Mercedes, or Jaguar; but for the price the accord is a bargain over the camry, maxima, and passat.

  • Love my honda - 1998 Honda Accord

Bought this car new in 1998 and have 70K miles and running. It has enough power and good handling to get me out of trouble. Maintenance has been reasonable and overall it has been the best value for the money. Only complaint is the paint is beginning to spot in couple of places.

I recently traded my 2002 ford focus in for a Honda Accord Coupe. This car is GREAT! Everything is perfect. I just put it on the highway this weekend and its performance was amazing! Im loving it :)

  • Headrests Very Uncomfortable! - 2009 Honda Accord
    By -

Im having the hardest time with these seats. The leather is not soft at all, the seats dont warm up that much, but MOST OF ALL.....the headrests lean tooooo much forward!! I feel so uncomfortable riding in it. I had to pull them all the way up so I could sit back comfortable.

  • Great Job Honda - 2013 Honda Accord
    By -

This is my first Honda I have ever owned and I am sorry at 42 years old that I wanted this long. This car is absolutely amazing, I have a 2013 Honda Sport and the technology, ride and comfort blow the 2010 Mercedes E350 I had away. THATS CORRECT YOU HEARD ME RIGHT, it makes getting rid of my E350 very easy transition. For 1/3 the price I truly recommend you to test drive both and look at the features and you will not be disappointed and will have a lot more money in your pocket. OK it doesnt have the pick up or horse power that my Mercedes had but everything else is better, ride comfort, controls, technology and gas mileage is amazing. I dont hear any road noise and its comfy.

  • A Class Above - 2008 Honda Accord

Very happy with our decision. Bought a 4 cyl LX-P and its beautiful. Looks like a 35 K dollar car and not a 21 K car. Solid and fun to drive and I love the room... If I was single my first choice would have been the 09 TSX from Acura. That car is amazing, but being married with a kid on the way made me make the sensible decision.

Great car for the money. Good gas mileage, just got 31 mpg on the way up to the Finger Lakes. Love the the power of the V6 engine. Last but not least, fun car to drive with the 6 speed manual.

OVERALL GOOD COMFORTABLE CAR FOR THE MONEY, NOTHING TOO EXCITING - MAYBE THE V-6 WOULD BE MORE FUN. DEALER GOOD AT SALE BUT NOT GOOD AT DEALING WITH RECALLS OR CUSTOMER CARE LATER. TOMAS ALCANTAR T_ALCANTAR@HOTMAIL.COM
