Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

My Accord is NICE! - 1990 Honda Accord
By admiralshaw - November 13 - 2:00 amThe Accord is one of the most reliable cars out there! I have about 112 thousand miles on mine and its running beautifully. Granted this gen is a little lacking in power, so I added an intake and exhaust! It runs great now with about 150 hp! Im keeping this car as long as it runs! If yours is falling apart, you probably arent taking care of it.

Great Car! - 2008 Honda Accord
By SHigh - November 12 - 11:03 amI bought the Accord 4DR EX-L V6 without nav 3 months ago and I have been very pleased! So far, I have averaged 25-27 mpg, driving around town. Havent taken a road trip yet, but am pretty sure it would be even better on the highway. The VCM is obviously working. It is very comfortable, easy to drive and park. LOADS of trunk space, too. Plenty of room for backseat passengers, as well. I have owned 3 other Accords before this one and this is my fav, by far. Only 2 things could make it better; memory seats and a smoother shifting transmission. I can really feel it shift gears and wasnt expecting that. Not horrible, just takes a little getting used to.

Awsome Car - 2005 Honda Accord
By Ghassan - November 10 - 1:26 pmThis car is great, if anyone is thinking of buying a great car thats reliable and reasonble priced, you should think about buying a Honda Accord because its know for its great reliability and also it wont depreciate its value like domestic cars and for a 2.4 Liter 4 Cylinders that produce 160 HPs and 161 pound/FT. torque its very fast and fun to drive.

2008 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic EXL - 2008 Honda Accord
By Mario Gutierrez - November 10 - 10:23 amI traded in my 2006 Volkswagen 2.0 turbo Passat for my new 2008 Honda Accord. I fell in love with all the goodies. Leather, Satellite radio, sun roof, and the 17 alloy wheels. For the money it was a bargain..I got the car for $24,900. Which is about 5 thousand less for a comparable new Passat. The cabin of the Honda is roomy for two adults and three kids. The seats are comfortable, and there is ample leg room in the front and rear. I also dig the lumbar support on the drivers seat. The ride quality is smooth and quiet. And there are no rattles or noises even on rough roads. The car has a certain European look especially when viewed from the side and rear.It looks like a 5 series.

Smooth Fast Honda - 2002 Honda Accord
By Joe Doyle - November 10 - 10:00 amThis car is great, I got a great deal on it. It came with way more features than the crappy looking Camry and was far less. Its a Honda so it will be great on resale. Motor is smooth and quiet, I have the rear wing so it looks even better. Needs heated seats and an outside temperature gauge in it though, ride is good, gas mileage is ok for a 6 cyl. Toyota is way more expensive with less standard options. Cant wait for the new pilot to come out to buy one of those also. Go Honda...your products are the best. Toyota doesnt have a robot like Honda either.

Honda Touring - 2017 Honda Accord
By Quinton Green - November 9 - 12:40 amOverall great car. The one negative is it easy for the paint to chip.

11 Years old and I still love it! - 1991 Honda Accord
By Mickey G - November 8 - 2:00 amBought new in 1991, have only done brakes, new radiator and timing belt. With 175,000 Im thinking my grandchildren will still be driving this car in 20 years. Handling and fuel economy are superb, build quality is world class. Put new Koenig alloys and Yokahama performance radials on her (Julia is her name) last year and people comment on what a great looking car she is (remember shes 12 model years old!) At this point, any new car shopping Id do would have to start @ my local Honda dealer.

Best Value for the $$ - 2006 Honda Accord
By Vanderblat - November 7 - 11:16 pmI was looking at the Altima3.5 v6 , Mazda 6 V6, Camry v6 SE. the Honda is just a better buy! The Honda is the only one that doesnt need Premium fuel. The Accord has a great revised rear end (love the LED) awesome wheels, great interior fit & finish, Tons of space. Fuel ecconomy is great for a V6 with 244HP. To sum it all up, the Honda is a great everyday car looks great drives fast has a very good 5 speed Auto tranny you get a lot of "zoom zoom" when you need it and all drama free. No doubt the best car you can get for the $$ period.
