  THE BEST CAR EVER OWNED - 1990 Honda Accord

  I HAVE NEVER OWNED A CAR THAT WAS MORE RELIABLE THAN THE HONDA. THIS IS MY 2ND ONE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THE 1990 MODEL OVERALL OTHERS. HONDA HAS MADE A GREAT PRODUCT. I USED TO COMMUTE 170 MILES DAILY AND NEVER DID I HAVE ANY TROUBLE. THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN CHANGED MAYBE TWICE. WHEN THE ORIGINAL ONES WERE CHANGED I WENT OVER THE TIME LIMIT AND THEY WERE REALLY STILL IN GOOD SHAPE! SHE IS ONLY NOW GIVING ME PROBLEMS BUT WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT, SHE IS 12 YEARS OLD. THERE ARE OVER 246,000 MILES ON MY HONDA. I DONT COMMUTE ANYMORE SO I AM UNABLE TO TELL YOU EXCEPT TO GUESTIMATE MY MILEAGE.

  Best vehicle Ive had - 2005 Honda Accord

  On the road, going up the "mountain", it is better than my 5.0 Mustang or my Avalon were. In town, it gets as good mileage as my Civic EX did. Everyone who rides in it remarks about the comfort and room. Quiet and a pleasure to drive on the road; mileage great until you get to 80+.

  This car is flat out amazing and very well built. I hear a lot of people complaining about road noise but I found it less noisy than others that I test drove, 2010 Nissan Maxima, Altima and 3 & 5 series bmws for example. The center console offers wide array of controls which I love, however if youre stupid and wear bottle caps for glasses, you might experience a slight problem. The rear tail lights look much better as well; the past few years were God awful. Overall, great job on the car, would of appreciated the option of having a manual transmission in the V6 sedan models. That would of made driving fun for me.

  Great Car - 2003 Honda Accord

  An excellent combination of performance and economy packaged in a very comfortable car. The engine is very quiet. Although not a V6, the acceleration is surprisingly adequate for a 4. The stick shift is crisp and unmatched in its class. The leather seats are very supportive for long hauls. Im getting 35MPG on mostly highway driving.

  I purchased my first non-American car after a horrible experience with a 98 Dodge Intrepid that needed an engine replacement. I think Im hooked. The engine is what sold me on this car. It is super-smooth, quiet, and very fast. The interior design is beautiful. The center radio/climate control screen looks nice and is easy to use. The styling of the back end of the coupe reminds me of Mercedes, only better.

  Wow, what a great car !! I just traded my Acura TL Type S for the 2003 2 door Accord 6 speed. The reason I got rid of the Acura was terrible seats for any drive over 30 min, (there must be plywood under the little foam used in the seats) and the clumsiness of the transmision. The TL has so many shift points it takes a while any time above 10 MPH from when you step on the gas until the car acualy starts accelerating. Not so with the Accord, it handles better, drives better, better sound system, better fuel economy ( on regular not premium ). All around great car, it is amazing how nimble and quick it is!!!!!

  A Reliable Car it is not - 2013 Honda Accord

  This is my second Accord with a major repair bill (transmission, and starter motor) before it had 60,000 miles on it. Honda does nothing to offset these repair costs (nearly a $1,000 a piece.) There are many complaints on-line re. the starter motor and yet they refuse to recall the part. They were rude and dismissive when I called Corporate to complain. DONT BUY THIS CAR!!!!

  The Accord is a great car. It has no real faults except for its horsepower deficiency, and its not-so-smooth auto transmission. Its fun to drive, just not as fun when pushing the gas to the floor as say, a 2003 Accord 4-cyl, or especially the V-6. Great economy, ample room, and great build quality overshadow these few shortcomings.

  Not good for me! - 2008 Honda Accord

  Purchased a Honda Accord V6 due to the reviews. This car has been the worst new car I have ever bought. Been to the shop 3 times for the coil replacement, 1 time for a new injector pump, 5 times for door and dash rattles and brakes at 26000 miles. No more Hondas for me. The dealer has been great to me but the car has been a poor choice!
