Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

The most perfect vehicle - 1995 Honda Accord
By AlisonMoser - February 16 - 2:00 amThis is the best vehicle I have ever owned (and that includes one other Honda Accord and three Toyota Corollas). The features are spectacular. The handling is terrific. It has been very dependable. I have only had to do routine maintenance. I just love the car. I see no reason to buy anything else!

Good Simple Car - 2005 Honda Accord
By bdiddy - February 14 - 2:16 pmMy new 05 Accord Sedan excels at nothing, and is defficient at nothing. It is a simple, reliable, quite car. It gets good gas mileage, is VERY safe, has plenty of room, is fast enough. It is not sporting to drive, nore is it boring. It is a car. A ---> B

By Jc - February 14 - 1:32 amBase model but a great car! Quick, quiet and a great highway cruiser . 35 mpg plus on highway trips at 75-80. Car has great visibility, a huge trunk , and a spacious back seat. The 4 cylinder has plenty of power . The original equipment Dunlap tired were horrible, I put Bridgestones on at 30,000 miles and shes quiet and smooth. Love this car.

Honda 2013 Accord LX - 2013 Honda Accord
By hondalx - February 13 - 6:14 pmI bought the car only three weeks ago. I dont drive to much because I have a short commute. So far I dont have any complains about this Honda. This is my first Honda. I drove a Mazda Millenia before for 13 years. I have a percepcion that Honda is more reliable and hold its value better than Mazda and many others cars .

Quality Highway Commuter - 2003 Honda Accord
By Kevin Groenevelt - February 13 - 4:03 pmA durable and quality-made performer: this vehicle has gotten it done for me for 4 years now, in all kinds of weather and conditions. It tracked true on ice and crud with the original Michelin Energy MV4 (model# ?) 16 inch tires and cornered reliably. Now have more reasonably priced Yokohama AVID VX4(model#?), and will compare life and winter performance. I make a 100 mile per day work commute on 90% expressway. The original brakes and tires went 82K miles! Had a small foam seat-foreign object imperfection removed under the leather; only dealer inquiry in 30K miles!! Have never had carefree ownership, quality, performance in a vehicle like this one!

Expensive Maintenance - 1992 Honda Accord
By T................... - February 12 - 2:00 amFront brakes have to be done by a mechanic for an extra 125. Total 315 for two hours work. 125 in parts at a store. Timing belt change costs 700! Why is the oil filter is on back of engine block? What a pain. Battery has to be removed to replace right head lights. Again, what a pain. Spark plugs are deeply recessed. Maybe too deeply since my gaskets were replaced by a Honda dealer and oil still leaks, filling the plug holes. Original distributor, radio, and exhaust long since gave up the ghost. Forcing the car into fifth, I broke the syncromesh gear. Now I have to double- clutch fifth and cause excessive wear to the clutch.

Great Coupe - 2008 Honda Accord
By JAVAD - February 11 - 7:26 pmTraded my 2006 Lexus IS250 for a 2008 Acoord coupe I4. Boy no regrets at all. I see some frustradted people here who are not that happy with the new Accord. It is all in your head if you belive that your car is fun, you will feel that. I love my coupe inside and out, great looks and very responsive engine for a four cylinder. And great gas mileage averaging 28.5 on regular gas. Easy to get in and out on the back seat. Very comfortable ride compared to my Lexus. I would recommend anybody shopping for a new car. Great car, looks and plan to keep it for a long time( I have cahnged 6 cars in 5 years)
