  Excellent car - superb build quality, equipment levels, and performance. dealer was first rate - received a $2500 discount + an "excellent" Blue Book trade-in on my Passat. Dealer was professional and I felt very satisfied with the experience. Not the prettiest car Ive owned, but feel strongly it will be one of the most enjoyable and reliable.

  This is my fourth Honda Accord since 2002. Had a 2002 6 cylinder coupe, loved it but hated the auto. Got a 2003 6 cylinder Sedan w/auto hated the car, suspension was the worse. The 2004 Sedan w/4 cylinder 5 speed totally built in Japan was awesome!! 100,000 miles in 2 years, no problems except for tires. This was corrected w/ Bridgestone LSVs. BUT the 2007, 6 cylinder w/ 6 speed is totally great. Honda did it all with this car! Will change tires soon. Stock Michelins are lame. Would put this car against Lexus IS 250, Cadillac CTS, Volvo, ACURA TSX and more. Thanks for listening Honda, you hit a home run with this car. Got great deal as dealer did not want the 6 speed on the lot. TOO BAD!!!

  Technology Failure - 2008 Honda Accord

  I have the new Accord with all the bells and whistles and what a let down! The cellular system can not do what a Ford Focus does these days - automatically synch a phone book on ANY bluetooth phone, voice dial through the car using the phones voice recognition (Ford, BMW, Lexus, all do!) AND who in their right mind created a car that holds data you can not back-up? There is a CR reader, why not CR-RW- or a place for a chip in the dashboard? It has TWO phone books, the nav system and cellular, and they dont even synch! AND to add insult to injury they have a jack for your iPod but again it is a BASIC audio in - no tunes synching (again a Ford basic) and no display on your dashboard.

  I bought my 5 speed 1992 EX 2 door Accord with 14,000 miles on it in 1993. It now has 185,000 miles, been to canada several times, 2 accidents and still runs like a charm. I loved this car the day I bought it and still do. So much fun to drive. I wish I didnt have to sell it.

  Bought this Ex, 4 door with 67,000 miles on it in 97. gas milage 25-26 mpg around Houston, Ive got 227,000 miles on it now, nice road feel, better cloth interior than the 2003 accord. 300,000 miles? no prob. change the timing belt ever 90,000, oil every 4,000, use mobil one synthetic.

  Excellent except - 2006 Honda Accord

  Great car, I average aprox. 33 mpg combined. On trips it goes up to approx. 38 mpg. Biggest complaint is the gear box, it has a tendency to shift into 3rd rather than overdrive. Otherwise excellent.

  Nice Car...Not crazy about Automatic(V6) - 2002 Honda Accord

  Purchased this car slightly used w/ 5k miles, honda certified. Have had small issues, brake rotors, door sticking, several squeaks/rattles which surprised me given Honda rep. Traded in Audi A4, completely unreliable, for Honda quality. Unimpressed w/ auto. trans performance (V6) overall, slow to downshift, very abrupt, sometimes bucking at low speeds. Hopefully it will be reliable overall...

  Although it is not the most excitingly style or fun to drive car...or the most comfortable on a long trip,it is what it is supposed to be...a practical, reliable family sedan which dollar for dollar is a good value compared to Toyota Camry and Nissan Maxima.

  Good value for the money. Should get many years and miles out of it Car needed minor repair after 3 weeks and Dealer covered costs as well as a loaner vehicle.
