Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • Honda...ONLY THE BEST!!! - 2008 Honda Accord
    By -

Bought my 2008 Honda accord 2.5 years ago with 86k miles and she now has 141k miles and has only needed oil changes and a set of brakes and a set of tires, this car has been EXTREMELY RELIABLE and has NEVER once left me stranded. I have anxiety and normally worry if Im not in a safe vehicle but when Im in my Honda Accord I know for a fact Im not gonna get stuck. The speakers are 6.5 inch all the way around I replaced them with pioneer speakers, the 6 disk changer I love, I love the moon roof, the cold air she blows, the purring I-Vtec engine that sips gas especially on the highway. Seats are comfortable and the trunk space is huge, believe me when I tell you Honda is the MOST RELIABLE car that you will EVER find. I feel sorry for the ford, Chevy, and dodge owners breaking down, while the Honda owners are the kings of the road. When you see a fellow Honda owner throw a wave at them and beep your horn and show your proud ownership of your Honda. BUY A HONDA ACCORD TODAY.

Fine vehicle, good styling. Somewhat noisy on highway. Fuel economy in city poor. Gets 400 miles to the tankful on highway.

  • 225,000 miles & tearing up the highway - 1993 Honda Accord

  • The Bigger Honda Accord - 2009 Honda Accord
    By -

I upgraded from a 1999 V6 Accord. The bigger body style does not fit my frame. The window starts too high for you to rest your arm, there is little room for your fingers when you adjust the rear view mirror, console too far right, seat not all that comfortable, too long of a reach to the steering wheel (my shoulders get tired when driving long distances). The sporty feel of driving the car is gone. It handles great, performs great but the inside now feels like a grandpa car. I didnt test drive it enough to notice it at first. I miss the feel of the old car. Bummer. And, they limit how loud the stereo will go! That amazed me.

  • Accord moving upscale! - 2003 Honda Accord

I purchased the EX-L with manual to replace my 1993 BMW 318is. I needed a new car and a 4 door sedan. I am impressed with the ride, quietness, stick shift, accurate (but, too light) steering, and value. Resale value and reliability top notch. I was contemplating looking at the Mazda6, but was not as trusting of Mazda to build a reliable car as the Accord. The car is so economical - I get 35- 36mpg on the highway and about 30 in mixed driving. It feels much richer inside than all the other Japanese family sedans and pretty close to my 2002 Passat Wagon. Pricing is excellent - I got mine for $200 under invoice.

  • Great Performer - Fun to drive - 2003 Honda Accord
    By -

I considered many others including Camry, Passat, Mazda 6, Maxima, etc. I liked the look of the Accord, but had owned Hondas before and was bored with them. That changed when I drove the 2003 Accord. Wow! I cant believe this thing has a 4-cyl engine, it is more peppy and responsive than many 6-cyl vehicles Ive driven. Looks great, turns alot of heads. I looked at the LX - but decided to upgrade to EX for the wheels, sunroof and 6-disc cd changer.

  • 2003 Accord is the BEST car on the Road - 2003 Honda Accord

I love my Honda Accord. We checked out the new and used Toyota Camry, Toyota 4 Runner, Honda CRV, Honda Accord and of course the Honda Accord won Hands Down. The best car for your money. It has a smooth ride, great at picking up speed and looks great in the process. It has a lot more trunk room than it looks.

  • Nice car - 1992 Honda Accord

I purchased this vehicle used. I have put 42k on it in 3 years. Its a great reliable car. Only problems have been a cracked distributor, wiper switch is going bad, and the cloth cover over a speaker if falling off. But the car still looks new and drives great. I run this baby until the tire fall off ! 150k plus Im counting on
