Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • I love to drive this car!! - 2005 Honda Accord

I bought this car last weekend and havent regreted buying it. I was impressed by the acceleration in the V6. Gas mileage is good for a V6. All the climate controls and radio buttons and knobs are within easy reach. Its obvious that the person who rated this car 3.3 works for a competitor, because this car doesnt deserve 3.3. Thank you Honda for continuing to build great cars.

We purchased our EX-L the last day in August, and received a good price of $21500. My husband is a large man and he loves to drive this car, he says that even the back seat is very roomy & comfortable. I enjoy the sportiness, luxury, remote window down function on the key, which I really like on hot days. This car is fun to drive we have been on two vacations since purchasing the EX-L and the ride is great.

This is a car that offers a winning - perhaps unbeatable - combination of value, refinement, reliability, style, fuel economy (just got 30.8 mpg on my second tankful) and overall satifaction. Honda continues to be relentlessly competent in its production of this model. What else would one expect from a perennial class leader?

  • A lotta bang for the buck. - 2007 Honda Accord

Ive had my new EX V6 Navi for about 3 weeks and its doing okay. My previous car was an IS 300 so this is a big difference in sizing and quality. I knew that there would be a new model in 2008 so I decided to save a lil cash on the highest model available now. Im very happy with my purchase. Cant go wrong with this car. It has every single option available. Comfortable for long trips or during the daily grind on the LA freeways. What? No memory seats? Awww man...

  • Great Long-Term Car - 1992 Honda Accord

I bought my 92, EX Accord in 96 with 60,000 miles on it and am still driving it today. Im now at 145,000 miles and plan on taking it to around 200,000. All Ive had to do is standard maintenance along the way. Incredibly reliable car. Im very, very satisfied. Ill have a hard time replacing it one day.

  • Scary tires - 2014 Honda Accord
    By -

Had to change all 4 tires after only 10m miles due to factory installed low friction tires. No longer safe driving in rain much less in snow. Changed to better quality tire and no longer have traction issues.

  • Hmmm.... - 2003 Honda Accord
    By -

Well all Ive heard about it how "great" this car is. I liked it when I first got it, the Navigation has come in very handy; saved me from a lot of arguements! Well, yesterday the brakes, which are pretty new, showed how the perform when really needed.... apparently Im not the only one on here thats complained about the brakes. I had to swerve instead since the car wouldnt slow down and threw it into a spin and broke the back axle when it hit the curb. Not too happy with this car... very unresponsive brake system.

  • Best kept secret - 2006 Honda Accord

Ive had the car for about two weeks. I had leased it with the intention of lower payments. I have owned lots of sport cars, for the money, this car is a steal. Smooth, powerfull, handles well, rides well, and is loaded with features. Similiar cars of this quality cost in excess of 30 grand. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised at how much fun it is to drive, and plan on keeping it a while. The 6 cylinder and 6 speed manual is the way to go. Feels like a true sports sedan. Dont take my word for it, go test drive one, you will be surprised.
