Overview & Reviews
Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.
You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

2008 Honda Accord EXL Coupe V6 - 2008 Honda Accord
By Cal - April 12 - 12:00 pmLove this car! Loaded, except the GPS. Great power, great ride, and pretty good fuel mileage (I average 25 between city and freeway, and usually set the cruise on 80). When I go on highway trips I usually get around 28. Great sound system, huge trunk, and plenty of backseat room even for those 6 feet tall! Only complaints I have is the road noise, which is a little louder than I would like, especially in rainy weather (of course my previous car was an Audi A4), and of course it doesnt handle near as well in the snow/ice. Would I buy it again? YES!

12 years old and still without a rattle - 1991 Honda Accord
By redcanaries - April 12 - 2:00 amI keep wondering how I can ever replace this car. Nothing can be as reliable as it has been and it still looks stylish at the curb. 152K miles with nothing more than maintenance. Why did they stop making them? The couple of things that broke (tailgate lifters and antennae motor) that should not have were cheerfully replaced by Honda (except for the door handle--seems this is a common defect) and regular oil changes and following the maintenance schedule have kept us on the road through all kinds of weather. First brake job at 148K miles. The two little rust spots are a pain but after 12 years of snow and salt, well, I am only surprised that there arent more.

Very disappointing - 2003 Honda Accord
By RepoMan - April 12 - 2:00 amMy first purchase of an Accord and its been very disappointing so far. The car drifts to the right and its very irritating. There are wind noises on the driver side and the tires make a small noise. The fuel efficiency is not as good as advertised (18-19 Miles/Gallon). A weird thing that happens is a clunking noise after pulling out of the driveway.

Three words: Oh my God! - 2003 Honda Accord
By Tarrant - April 12 - 2:00 amThe beautifully styled EX V6 6-speed coupe provides top-notch safety, excellent performance and tremendous value. After considering competing models from Audi, BMW, Nissan, Infiniti and VW -- most of which were rated less safe and reliable than the Accord -- it was a pleasure and relief to find the Accord. The power and handling are impressive, yet the car remains quiet and luxurious. The fit and finish are flawless.

Pound for pound, dollar for dollar.... - 2003 Honda Accord
By domestix_suck - April 12 - 2:00 amThere is no better car buy on the planet. Pound for pound, dollar for dollar NO CAR is as good as the Accord. How can you go wrong with the longest running winner of C&Ds 10 best award? Toyota may have slightly better reliability but cant touch Honda for overall enjoyment and resale value. For all of you who MUST buy American, the Accord is no less American than any domestic product. Get with it.

Camry owner migtrates to Honda - 2003 Honda Accord
By J Hay - April 12 - 2:00 amWe have tested many cars and narrowed to Passat vs Honda. The features, quality and pricing on the Honda outbeats the Passat. We got more for the value we paid for in Honda Accord. I am really impressed by how the car handles on the road and making corners turn.

My 6sp MT - 2003 Honda Accord
By mashimaro - April 12 - 2:00 amFun car to drive. Love the 6 speed MT. The only problem I had is the 180 watts stereo. It keeps making the static noice between tracks when playing CDs.
