Model Overview:

Few vehicles from overseas manufacturers have garnered as much respect in North America as the Honda Accord. It hasn't achieved this status by being glamorous, sexy or thrilling. Instead, Honda just seems to have its finger on the pulse of what Americans value most. Take an Accord for a spin and you'll find it to be comfortable, roomy, intelligently engineered and easy to drive. It's also backed by strong resale value and a solid reputation for reliability.

You'll find that certain competing sedans and coupes are quicker, more prestigious or simply less expensive than the Accord. What's special about the Honda Accord, though, is its completeness. It scores well across a broader range of categories than practically any family-friendly sedan or coupe on the market. When examined from this holistic standpoint, it's easy to see why the Accord has become an automotive icon and remains one of our editors' top recommendations.

  • V6 Navi Coupe - 2003 Honda Accord

I waited for the Nav system to finally buy this car. I was more than impressed by the features. A friend has a Mercedes S600 and the Nav system is archaic compared to the one in the Honda. I finally read the directions and unearthed all the features and voice activated commands, it will do everything but make a cup of latte.

  • This is the best deal out there!! - 2003 Honda Accord

Used Carsdirect.com to find a a dealer and got a price quote in 24 hours. Negotiated over the phone for $24k, exactly Edmunds TMV price Dont listen to dealers who wont sell for this price! Now for the car. Honda did it again Upgraded from a 2000 LX and happy I did. More powerful, so many more features..Navigation system is simply amazing. The dash is crystal clear. Good performance for 4 cyl. Practically feels like a V6! Was also considering the Acura TSX but the difference in price (almost $6k) just wasnt worth it. The TSX is also much smaller. You cant beat all the options Honda offers for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  • However you say Farvegnugen in Japanese - 2003 Honda Accord

We have only had this Accord for a short time, but man what a car this is. The V6 is quite impressive compared to domestics, and the stylings are much better than the spoiled testers that have articles on this site. (When you get to drive BMWs, Jaguars, etc. are you really going to say that a Honda looks great?)

  • 2003 Accord, gotta love it - 2003 Honda Accord

We bought the Honda Accord a couple of months ago and it has been such a great decision. We wanted something that had nice room, power and fuel economy, we got what we wanted and then some. We regularly take it on trips (over 100 miles) and it has been very comforatble. I look forward to long drives in this car and my pocket book loves it too.

  • Average car - 1995 Honda Accord

Its a decent car. I read one review which states that A/C doent work real good. I had a similar problem with my car. The dealer changed the compressor but no improvement. Finnaly it was found that the A/C Heat switch does not work properly and I just wasted money on changing compressor. In last two years, I changed cv boots and brakes besides A/C work. Its engine is not powerful but just adequate. Roomy inside. Not real great handling.

I buoght my 1992 honda accord after I was rear-ended in 1999 and my civic was totaled. I got hosed by the dealer, but I made up for it with very little money invested into it through the years. At the time I was single and loved the sporty look of it. Now I have two kids in car seats and have to trade it in. (Its not good for car seats!) I would like another accord, but will probably opt for a civic again.(cant afford diapers AND a four door Accord)

  • Excellent car - 2008 Honda Accord
    By -

I recently returned my 2006 SE accord lease and this time bought a 2008 Accord. I have to say that they rally made a lot of changes, the new car is more powerful, smoother and quieter drive, lots of more options for the money, I make 30.5 mpg on hwy when not running the AC and about 28-29 when running the AC. I really like this car, all the options in the EX for 23500 out of the door..!

  • Paint and Brakes - 2009 Honda Accord

Paint is not great. I am experiencing spotty pitting in the clear coat that is somewhat baffling. The brakes have squealed since I bought the car. The dealer offered no help except to say that Honda was aware of the problem.

  • Theres nothing like a Honda - 2016 Honda Accord
    By -

I have had a 1989 Honda for 18 years with over 120,000 miles. Other than regular maintenance, and the drive chain replacement at 86,000 miles, never had a problem. Reliability , dependability, and durability are important to me. I like the technology in the 2016 Honda, especially the navigation, the garage door opener (dont have to fumble for the clicker, but keep it on a FOB, just in case) and using my USB with all my music. It is a great car all around.

  • Honda is good, when it runs - 1990 Honda Accord
    By -

I bought the car from a friend 2 years ago. The first few months of owning the car were not spent driving it. The car needed costly repairs such as timing belts, battery changed 3 times, ignitor switch, starter and alternator. Once fixed it stopped entirely. It was towed to the nearest shop but nothing was wrong. An hour later, we tried starting it and it magically was fine! Arrg! Ive had this car 2 years and it almost feels like Im making monthly payment on this car.
